The office is adjacent and has 5 roof windows so the remote worker can feel the sea breeze. The cozy downstairs bedroom has a detached bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Our lounge offers a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or for chilling out after a day of exploring and cuddling in front of the TV. The private backyard has a gourmet BBQ, an outdoor shower for washing away the sand and gets all the morning sun to make for the perfect al fresco breakfast spot. Watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the front porch and visit with your neighbors as they stroll past. The midtown neighborhood has live music venues, great local grocery stores, the iconic Buttery Bakery, sushi, Thai, Italian, taquerias...It is a short walk to downtown and the beach.
