Our flat, with exceptional views of the sea and the Gulf of St Tropez, is located in a quiet, beautiful park of 25 hectares where you can enjoy many activities, including the water area of 1200m2 with the wave pool, slides, the heated swimming pool partially from April to November, the tennis courts, table tennis, basketball, football, lake, footpaths, bike hire, spa massage, restaurants, food, evening entertainment, teen club and children ...
WLAN included!!!

The flat is regularly maintained with high quality furnishings for the needs of all guests including air conditioning!
Additionally there are fans in all bedrooms. Easily closable glass wall to the terrace which guarantees a full sea view.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, here is the description:

Parental suite (full size double bed, 160 cm wide) with ensuite bathroom,

Double bedroom (double bed 140 cm wide) with wardrobe,

children's room with 2 bunk beds for children,

a 2nd shower room with WC

and a second independent WC in the entrance area.

The flat has been designed and furnished for 6 people.
Maximum occupancy is possible for 4 adults and 2 children.

The living/dining area with integrated kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric grill, plancha, crêpe machine, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and much more...

2 free parking spaces are available for you. One with a lift in the multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

Please note that it is possible to rent bed linen on request from the owner at an additional cost.

In the months of July and August, magnetic cards are issued for the pool area. A cash deposit of EUR 50.00 per card is payable on arrival.

On departure, the tenant is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, including dishes and appliances, and the garbage cans must be emptied and disposed of in the outside containers.

Great view

The flat was small but well equipped and tastefully decorated. The view was amazing It was great for 2 but I think a larger number would struggle for comfort within the space. The outside veranda seemed very full of furniture and needed a bit of a clean up. The site itself had a couple of good pools, but had a bit of a ‘run down’ vibe.

Fabulous apartment and resort area

We (family w 2 kids, 13 and 10) enjoyed a fantastic week in this apartment where the terrace is outstanding with a great view and nice with shade from the afternoon. Very cool apartment where the AC works very well keeping bedrooms cool as well. Apartment was well equipped and more roomy than we thought from the images. Very nice pool area and a small grocery shop and a restaurant Inside the resort. You 100% need a car to be able to go to the beach, visit nearby villages and restaurants. We highly recommend a visit to this area and dont miss to visit Port Grimaud 😍

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und ist sehr liebevoll und smart eingerichtet. Jeder Zentimeter ist gut genutzt und wir hatten zu Viert genügend Platz. Super sind die zwei Bäder :-) Alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 aux Restanques. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos et il est encore plus beau en vrai. La terrasse est juste magnifique et offre une superbe vue avec Saint-Tropez au loin.Il n’y a pas de lave linge mais une laverie automatique est disponible. Nous remercions Nicole et espérons revenir bientôt dans son bel appartement.

Pur bonheur

Location idéale pour ces quelques jours en famille. Tant l intérieur que l extérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût; l appart est beau, confortable et très bien équipé. La vue est sublime, et l environnement à cette période est très calme. La résidence est top; piscines, superette, parc arboré et très bien entretenu dans lequel c est un plaisir de se promener. Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour, l'appartement est tres beau, bien équipé, la terrasse est magnifique et tres agreable, vue reposante. Petit bemol sur la taille de l'appartement pour 6 personnes, manque de rangement dans le coin cuisine pour les courses. Nous sommes venus en avril et il n'y avait personne a côté ni au dessus donc tres tranquille.

Savoire vivre

Den überwältigenden Ausblick auf den Golfe de St. Tropez von der großzügigen, üppig möblierten Terrasse aus hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Wir konnten fantastische Sonnenaufgänge erleben und abends die "blaue Stunde" bei einem kühlen Rosé genießen. Die Wohnung ist detailverliebt eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Die parkähnlichen Umgebung lädt zum Spazierengehen ein vorbei an Bächen, Teichen mit Karpfen, Seerosen und kleinen Villen. Die Mitbenutzung der Poolanlagen haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Wir wären gerne länger an dem traumhaften Ort geblieben... A bientôt!

traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung

Es gibt von der Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Crepegerät, Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt keinen Backofen aber einen guten Herd unc eine Mikrowelle. Es war für uns als Familie auch super, dass es 2 Badeximner gab. Achtung wegen der ungewöhnlichen Bettgröße in Frankreich unbedingt 2 Leintücher in Gr. 140-160 mitbringen und Geschirrtücher nicht vergessen. Wobei man die auch in dem gut erreichbaren Supermarkt kaufen kann. Dort gibt es auch leckere Schokocroissants und Baguette. Die Pools waren mir mit 19 Grae etwas zu kalt. Die Kinder hatten beim Rutschen und in den Wellen trotzdem Spaß. Ich empfehle den Pool calade, der ist wärmer. Man kann in der Gegend viel unternehmen und in der Wohnung liegen auch Empfehlungen und ein Reiseführer. Wir hatten einen hervoragenden Ansprechpartner und haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Une superbe vue sur le golf de saint tropez

Malgré la proximité des voisins, le logement est propice au calme, à la détente et au repos. Dommage que les parasols étaient endommagés, difficile de profiter de la terrasse pour le déjeuner. Très bien placé pour découvrir cette belle région

Cet appartement est très bien décoré Néanmoins on aimerait plus de place pour ranger nos affaires et avoir des rideaux occultants dans toutes les chambres Il est plutôt conçu pour 4 et non pas 6 personnes.Faites en sorte d’orienter une des banquettes de la terrasse pour profiter de la très belle vue sur la mer Propriétaire très réactif aux réclamations

Magnifique

Appartement bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Une terrasse superbe avec une vue à couper le souffle. Idéal pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Piscines à proximité très belles avec transats et parasols ! L’accès à la mer se fait en voiture mais très rapidement en évitant les bouchons. Accueil par la conciergerie au top! N’hésitez pas à louer l’appartement de Nicole Freyer! Le lieu est impeccable, bien agencé, joliment décoré et confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. La terrasse ombragée possède deux parasols et une vue panoramique sur le golfe de St Tropez. La climatisation dans le salon est parfaitement relayée par les ventilateurs individuels des 3 chambres. Merci Nicole d’avoir optimisé les arrangements. La résidence est sécurisée, très agréable, piscines, bar-restaurant, épicerie et animations…. Je recommande chaleureusement !

Tolle Wohnung mit genialem Blick auf die Bucht
