Excellent séjour à Arcachon et très bon emplacement de l'appartement bien qu'un peu bruyant fenêtres ouvertes et doté d'un balcon peu utilisable de ce fait !Orientation idéale par temps très chaud car donnant à l'est.Appartement proposé pour quatre personnes : c'est très audacieux car il est petit ouvrir le canapé empêche toute circulation dans la pièce principale !

Appartement très mignon et très bien situé. La place de parking est un vrai plus au vu des rues piétonnes avoisinantes. Dommage que la rue soit très passante, en tout cas au mois d'août !

Dommage qu'il ne soit pas équipé de la clim car dormir les fenêtres fermées est impossible avec les nuisances de la rue. Appartement propre. Manque une raclette pour nettoyer la vitre de la douche. Le gros pommeau ne fonctionnait pas. Le tapis dans le salon amène beaucoup de poussière

Cet appartement est bien placé pour le centre-ville, la gare et des magasins de première nécessité plus un parking privé! Malgré ses 4 places de couchage proposées dans le listing, ce serait vraiment trop petit pour deux couples donc je conseille que cet appartement soit mieux considéré comme une location pour un couple. La sécurité de l'appartement est bonne, et c'est un plus de pouvoir se servir d'un ascenseur du parking jusqu'à l'étage de l'appartement.

Parfait pour séjourner en couple à Arcachon

L'appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes, très proche du centre-ville (et aussi de la gare si vous venez en train), très clair, d'une propreté irréprochable, calme, confortable et de bon goût, joliment égayé par les tableaux du propriétaire qui est un peintre de talent. On peut même les lui acheter. Nous avons hautement apprécié le parking privé indispensable en centre-ville. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cet appartement à notre entourage.
