Propreté lamentable. Les armoires sales, la brosse vieille et sale, les et les fenêtres encadrements sales, la glacière non dégivrée, le bouchon du lavabo salle de bains noir…à croire qu’il n’y a que les sols qui sont nettoyés, le reste est négligé).Sinon on s’est bien plu à ARCACHON et l’endroit où se situe l’appartement nous a bien plu.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour cet appartement.Nous louons à cet endroit depuis plusieurs années ; une rénovation et un nettoyage approfondi serait nécessaire (housses de fauteuil vraiment crasseuse...)

Fenêtre sur le Bassin

Très bon séjour à Arcachon. J’ai aimé cette vue magnifique sur le Bassin, l’emplacement à la fois près de la plage et près de la ville, l’équipement très complet de l’appartement, le parking personnel. L’accueil à la conciergerie est sympathique et à l’écoute. Je reviendrai un peu plus longtemps l’année prochaine, même si ce « haut de gamme » de studio représente mon budget maximum de vacances.

Belle vue mais équipement moyen

L'appartement est idéalement situé et a une magnifique vue sur le bassin d'arcachon. Par contre, l'annonce parle d'une chambre avec un canapé lit. Mais cette chambre est en fait l'entrée de l'appartement, avec des portes coulissantes qui donnent dans la cuisine. Je parlerais plutôt d'un grand studio. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas, l'équipement de la cuisine en vaisselle est vraiment limite: il n'y a pas 4 verres identiques, pas de bols.

Logement très bien situé mais ménage pas fait dans les coins et micro ondes, frigo... et un peu gênés du fait de la création de la rue piétonne en centre ville pour accéder au logement.en plein été Sinon rien à redire et on reviendra !
