Fully equipped for dining and entertaining including a blender, espresso/coffee maker, panini press and a gas grill in the back yard. The first floor also offers a convenient powder room and direct access to the garage. The upper level offers a primary suite with a King sized bed and entry onto a balcony spanning the width of the house and overlooking the back yard, a large custom walk-in closet and a newly renovated bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a Twin daybed with a pull out trundle bed. Both bedrooms feature custom closets and share a newly renovated bath located next to the upstairs Laundry room. Freshly decorated with a very tropical island motif you'll feel as if you've been transported to paradise. Not only are linens and towels provided but so are beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and a selection of sports and beach accessories. Should you need to work remotely, high-speed internet and Roku streaming TV are provided. With an assigned parking space just steps away from the garage, this home offers parking for two cars. A 12% Tourist Tax is required by state and county for any lease less than 6 months. Ocean Woods is a gated community featuring a canopy of mature Live Oak trees and tropical landscaping along with two heated pools (one adult and one family), a clubhouse with sauna, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, basketball and racquetball and a population of peacocks roaming the grounds.
