The open plan first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances adjoining the living and dining areas in addition to a full bath and laundry. This unique floor plan offers ideal indoor outdoor living with all rooms opening onto the screened outdoor area, particularly useful on those occasions when mosquitoes are present. Freshly decorated with a very tropical island motif you'll feel as if you've been transported to paradise. Fully fenced, this retreat provides a serene sense of privacy and an outdoor shower.
