Cape Winds es un destino principal en el área con su excelente ubicación (a menos de una milla del muelle y Ron Jon's) y muchas comodidades en el lugar. Great Location

We enjoyed the quiet beach community of Cape Canaveral, but appreciated the closeness to Cocoa Beach and the NASA Space Center. Lots to do (kayaking, bird watching, dolphin and manatee watching, lots of good, casual restaurants) and overall a very nice Florida destination.

A great beach week

Had great weather, central to everything, fun at the beach. Rocket launches were spectacular especially at night! The night in life never let us down we danced almost every night. It was cozy and comfortable.

Family Friendly Home and Perfect Beach

We had a wonderful three weeks here. We had many day trips planned to visit other beaches and places but the beach was so great we spent every day right here! The patio and grass were perfect for our young children and the “neighbors” to play in as well. We would come back anytime!

Great location, nice condo

We enjoyed the location of this condo right off the beach with convenient parking and lots of restaurants and other retail a short drive away. Quiet, well cared for. The mattresses are a bit tired and one of the two beach chairs needs to be replaced, but overall we enjoyed it and would go back.

Winter vacation

This unit is amazingly clean. I loved that we could walk directly to the most beautiful beach ever. Everything we needed was available to us in our unit. We loved our vacation! It was so relaxing and the weather cooperated also.

Attentive, Easy, Communicative, and Accommodating

Kelsey and the team at Stay In Cocoa Beach were always prompt and attentive to our asks and needs! They made our stay easy, comfortable, and always ready to serve. They even took our service dog for a walk when we were tied up with the launch attempt of Artemis 1. Will stay here again for our next launch attempts! Thank You Kelsey!

Great location and a large well stocked apartment

It’s not 25 steps to the beach but it is very close. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Stores, restaurants and shopping are only 3/4 mike away and the apartment has nearly anything you would need beyond food and drink including beach equipment and in room laundry. The owners were great to work with.

The location of this resort is great! The location of this particular condo was so great because it’s on the ground floor and very very close to the beach. Our kids loved the yard straight out from our patio. Nice to have a couple chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and boogie boards in the closet. Bathrooms are remodeled and pretty nice. Overall cleanliness was not the greatest. There was not enough towels for 6 people. Only 4 washcloths and they were stained. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty and sticky but even so we had a wonderful week.

Great condo with a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Winds 101. We stayed for 6 nights before a cruise. The condo and building are a bit older but extremely well kept. As far as concerns with the age of the building, if you drive down Ridgewood, all the condo buildings on the beach seem older too(some are definitely from the 60’s). This is something to know as my kids were shocked it wasn’t “new” like other places we have stayed previously. This was just fine as it is very clean and very well kept! While being on an upper floor for the view would have been great, it was even nicer walking right out the slider on to the grass to the beach boardwalk. The building doesn’t have its own beach path but is sandwiched between two access boardwalks-very easy to get to. There are local outdoor cats that live right by the beach- you can’t get close to them but we watch people bring them food every day. There is also a large tortoise living around there we got to see. We would grab our coffee and beach walk and watch the sunrise everyday. We used the beach every day! The condo comes with two body boards, beach towels, an umbrella, chairs and a cooler. It was so close to the condo, we didn’t even bother with the cooler! We just walked back for drinks and lunch. The kitchen is equipped with glasses,pots, pans, silverware ect. I would suggest to bring your own spices, oil, foil and other comforts of you plan on cooking meals. The master bedroom is amazing as is the master bathroom. There were 5 of us and we were comfortable. We were also grateful for the washer and dryer right in the condo. We are definitely talking about staying again! Loved the first floor condo. We were concerned about people and noise being on the first floor. In July, it was super quiet at night and the only people around where those walking to their 1st floor condo. It’s a nice family friendly place to say!

Great Location. Easy Check-in. Property manager checked on us several times. Good space and furnishings inside the condo. Condo complex was very nice especially the pool area.

Perfect access to ocean.

Relaxing, kitchen very basic, but I LOVE to cook, so added a few things. We missed the direct ocean view, BUT I sat outside hours everyday and enjoyed the sounds of it. And the outdoor chairs, seemed pretty basic but COMFORTABLE. Very comfortable beds, TV’s everywhere and easy to operate-also easy for teens to connect gaming. Laundry worked perfect, towels were amazingly soft. Couch was comfortable, fan and beach chairs were quite helpful. The condo provided everything we needed to relax and thoroughly enjoy our stay. We even saw a rocket launch!

Simple. Easy. Great location.

It was a great place to stay with a family of four. We have a 5 year old and 17 year old and the location of the spot on the first floor made it so easy to come and go to the beach as we pleased. Location of beach was great because it wasn’t ever too crowded. And a bonus with the family is the washer and dryer. And the property manager was amazing at answering any questions I had at all times by email :) Inside is simple and not over crowded which is great when coming in for a week with your own stuff and makes it easy to clean up. We will be back next year!

First trip since pandemic!

Had such a lovely time! Location was right where we needed it so the kiddos could hit the beach and enjoy the pool - which was pristine! Terrific location and accommodations!

Excellent!

Our cruise had to be canceled last minute and this little place rescued us. We loved the location. Great pool/jacuzzi. Loved walking out to the beach every day. We would come back any time!! Only problem was it said sleeps 6 but we had two twins and a king. No pullout sofa or air mattress or trundles. Kids had to bunk with mom and dad!

We had an amazing vacation. We were able to watch a SpaceX launch right from the beach at the condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Cape Winds - July 2021

My family stayed at Cape Winds for a week at the end of July 2021. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen looks great and is well appointed. Walk right out the back door and up the access to the beach. Very chill and relaxing time.
