Nancy and Sam are wonderful hosts. The house was clean and my family was very comfortable there. It was the perfect spot for the wedding we went to in Potter Valley. We had fun playing badminton, hot tubbing, and kyaking. The beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked. Our only complaint was that there was a strong smell of cat urine when entering the house. The setting out the back of the house is beautiful.

A lovely river front home. The living, kitchen and dining feature wall to wall wood framed windows overlooking river woodland and thoughtful plantings. The windows were sparkling clean! We were attending a wedding and appreciated the kitchen with every needed cooking and prep items. Nancy gave us a personal check in and was always available to answer any question and address any need. Hot tub, kayaks, badminton, books to read, a hammock to relax, even some art and craft supplies! We will be back!
