Here’s your updated review with everything included: --- So far, my experience has been frustrating. I was initially able to book and pay for an early check-in, only to later be told it was “too early” and that I would be reimbursed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my refund. To make things more inconvenient, I had to rebook early check-in the day before arrival through a completely different link. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily complicated. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the view was just of the parking lot, which was a bit underwhelming. I also found it odd that while coffee was provided, there was no sugar or creamer, and no tea options. I actually went out and purchased tea and left it behind for the next guest. Overall, the lack of clear communication, missing basic amenities, and delay in reimbursement has been disappointing.
