Pool Villa 'Coral Sunburst' Cape Coral, FL

Coral Sunburst is a large (1882 sq ft) modern vacation rental home in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping, dining and both bridges. Walk into the generous entry area to a view of the pool and the living area with cathedral ceiling and wet bar. The connected mirrored dining area has the lanai/pool on one side and the beautiful kitchen with maple cabinets on the other. Step into the oversized lanai and pool area (solar heating).
The villa sleeps up to 6 adults and one child in 3 bedrooms (There is a $5 per night and person surcharge after 2 persons).
Electricity: 60kWh per day (approximately $90/week) are included in your rent. Overage will be charged @ $0.22/kWh including taxes.
You will be charged for "unexpected cleaning" @ $40/hour/cleaner.

We have a 24/7 convenience check-in with a next working day personal check-in.

beautiful foliage neighborhood

Host Bjoren was very responsive to our requests. The living area is just as open as it looks. The pool was very nice and flocks of ibis visit every day as well as a mockingbird. This area of Cape Coral is a planned community with nice people. The kitchen needed some dishes and I left a list of them. I bet Bjoren will fill it out.

Familienurlaub 1 Woche

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Sunburst in den Osterferien. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft kann man mit Sicherheit noch arbeiten! Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert👌

Needs Refurbishing!

Debri in Pool from trees thru lanai screen.Even after pool cleaned. furnishings "garage sale" at best, MB bath sink water stunk! floor tiles broken under dining rm table(is a patio table not diningrm) Ant traps in most rooms,Hot tub (old) one setting,kitchen supplies very limited. Roku TV confusing. Basically needs to be redone! We were here no alternative. plus the weather was bad!

Regret

I and family have been using Vrbo for many years to book our winter vacation but we’ve never been exposed to a bouncing and cracking floor in a house which was very dangerous and adding to that being ignored by the owner when he/she was informed. We had never had to buy our own toilet paper or threatened to be charged for electricity or any guest. We never had to be charged for any extra person after booking the place (accidentally) for 2 people. The kitchen was poorly furnished, rooms with poor lighting and unclean blanket, pillows that need replacement for years, unclean sofa, lack of seats, uncomfortable furniture, no vent in toilet rooms, cracking tiles, shaky and bouncy dining table floor, and the house manual with so many demands (threats) at discharge like doing the laundry and checking thermostat. I and family did not feel welcome but rather ignored and mistreated. Such a thing never happened in previous places. We don’t recommend this place and hope nobody else will go through such treatment.

Great stay

The property is exactly as stated. On a nice corner lot, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Walking distance to a few great restaurants. The house is large and the outdoor lanai is wonderful. The garage would house a smaller sedan without issue. Contact is very responsive.

One perfect week

We follow our grandson’s baseball team ( coached by our two sons) all over the eastern part of the country . Your home was by far the best experience we have ever had . Everything was perfect ! Thank you again for being great hosts ! Hope to see you next year .😊

Nice house for vacation

Villa Coral Sunburst is an amazing property for a quiet and relaxed vacation. The contact to our host was very fast and he was always very helpful. The house is fully equipped and thankfully is every room a/ced. We will come back.

An amazing stay!

We rented this property for three weeks and we enjoyed every single minute. Cleanliness of the property was amazing so as the check-in process. Everything is just the same as listed here on Vrbo. The house has very spacious and cosy living room, well equipped kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms. And also a garage which we appreciated due to the rented car. One of the most amazing things is the heated pool, which is also big. House is well equipped, so you don't need much with you. The whole time we communicated with the owner, we were well informed about everything and we could text him anytime. We also liked Smart TVs in the times we wanted to relax. House has a very quick wi-fi connection, which we liked a lot. Overall we give this property 5/5* and we will choose it 100% next time again :)

Nice home, plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay! Florida weather could have cooperated a bit more, but the house was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to open the glass sliding doors and let the breeze flow through. One note, the pool is solar heated. I wish there had been a cover to put over the pool on the cooler days to try and keep some of the heat in, but with the cooler weather, there was just no way the pool heater could keep up. Still, it was a really nice space to relax.

Great house!

The house is just as described, the pool/hot tub were awesome. We had some friends and family with us off and on during our trip and we all enjoyed the property. Quiet neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants, beaches and stores.

Nice two month stay

We enjoyed our stay at Cape Coral! The location is prime with easy access to Fort Myers and beaches! The weather did not disappoint so we we were able to use the pool the whole time! All in all a great two months!

Perfect snowbird getaway

First time we did the "snowbird" trip and escaped a cold winter month of Feb. Was able to perfectly continue to work from home but in a warmer climate. House is great with the pool and close to lots of things in Cape Coral. Property manager is excellent and was very responsive and extremely helpful. Loved it that we booked for a month again for 2022.
