Welcome to our newest vacation home The Euphoria Two Villa! This1960's built home in located in a great neighborhood, close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. Walk to a restaurant or bar, even the grocery store! Cape Coral Beach is about a 5 min drive away, other beaches you can reach within a 30 min. drive away.

The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, watching the sunsets over the waterfront canal, boating, fishing, corn hole, grilling, dining or just enjoying the pool and spa (pool heated during winter months). With its southern exposure, tropical landscaping, herb garden around the pool and waterfront view, you can expect plenty of sunlight and breathtaking sunsets throughout your stay. You can bring your own boat or rent one locally and tie up to the dock in the back yard. Kayaks can also be rented locally.

The living room offers a flat screen streaming TV, and a Desk if you are taking a working vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for making your meals. The master suite includes a King-size bed, flat screen streaming TV and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is just outside the two bedrooms and offers a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom is the pool bath right off the living room with a shower. The living area offers plenty of space and a also two pull out queen sofa allowing 8-10 guests.

Manager was awesome! Was helpful with any questions we had, answered right away. Also offered to get our Walmart order delivered the day before our arrival so we had groceries for Christmas Day when a lot of stuff is closed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a week with our boat and it was a great stay! We used the heated spa every morning and evening. We were just a short ride out to the river which we loved and we were walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. We would rent again if it’s available.

Outstanding pool in wonderful location!

This home was perfect for our getaway! Pool and hot tub are exceptional. Screened lanai was heavenly for outdoor dining. Convenient to all our favorite spots!

Great Stay in Cape Coral

Stayed here with my wife and 3 kids. Great communication prior to our trip! Very responsive and able to accommodate a special request. Check in and check out were very simple. Very clean house, mostly renovated. Great location and easy to get to. Hot tub and pool are just as inviting and clean as the pictures. No issues with anything throughout the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Wasn't really ready for guests as advertised

Check in process was a little frustrating. Sat in the driveway for an hour waiting for the check in information. The AC wasn't working on arrival. Property was mostly clean. Occasionally get a whiff of dog smell even though they don't allow pets. 3rd bathroom is not heated or cooled! Took them until our 4th day there before we got the hot tub actually heated. Good luck with that if you decide to stay here. It's not user friendly. Killed a roach and two small snakes inside the house during our stay. The dishwasher is absolutely useless. Pool screen would be nice. Our last day here after a hard rain there was a smell of death and decay that would wake up your dead relatives. Don't bother calling the after hours number for the property manager, we never did get a call back. Oh and there were only 4 washcloths and big spoons to use. Some of the chairs out back are broken. You can tell that this was just quickly thrown together to make money from. It is not set up properly for what it is being sold as. Word of advice - Don't ever stay in a place with no reviews, you're a Guinea pig. A large portion of our vacation time was spent dealing with issues and messaging and waiting. My family and I did not get what we paid for. We'd have been better off at another location with several positive reviews. Oh yeah and the corn hole game that's mentioned, it's still in the box, they want you to spend your vacation putting that together. Lol. Issues fixed this place would be great. 4/5 stars

Great Property, Great Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't figure out how to get the spa working when we arrived, so we reached out to the property manager and she came over three or four times to help make sure everything was working. She even put together a manual with pictures to help us operate the system the rest of the week. When I noted in passing that the kitchen was missing a couple of items, she showed up with them a couple of hours later. We had a great week!
