Great stay for big family

We were originally going to stay closer to the slopes but for the same price we are able to have more space for our large group. A nice grill on the back patio and awesome hot tub to relax after a day skiing. The private shuttle from the neighborhood made it fantastic. We didn't have to worry about carrying all of our equipment several blocks from the nearby locations, nor having to pay 40 bucks a day for parking.

Great house for a week in Breck

We loved the location of this house between Breck and Frisco –– and how easy it was to access the rec trail and ride bikes into Breck. The house generally had everything we needed and we really appreciated having access to the whole garage.

Awesome stay

We were two families with a total of four kids aged 5-8. All kids slept in the bunk room. House was perfect for our families. Great living space and we loved the hot tub. Garage big enough for two cars. Plenty of space to store skis and boots. 10 minute drive to Breck Village ski school.

Texans who love Colorado!

Great place to stay while enjoying summer activities in Breckenridge. The only thing I would suggest would be a few box fans. The room with the two bunk beds did not have a ceiling fan, so it took some time to cool off in the evenings. Plenty of room for seven people! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. I slightly panicked on the way home; about 4 hours into our drive home, I realized I had left my cell phone in the house. I left a message for the management company, and received a quick response. They sent someone over to retrieve my phone, and promptly mailed it to our house. Doing business with a great company like this means we’ll be using them again!

The property was fine but getting in to the actual building was a disaster. we were not able to get a code to open the door and it took some time to get in touch with owner for a new code. After we were in things were fine.

Great Christmas vacation!

We had a wonderful trip! The location is great because you don’t have to constantly be surrounded by the crowds of people inside the Breckenridge downtown. The private hot tub was a huge plus!!!

Very nice cabin! Close to Breck, good accomodations

Cabin was very close to Breckenridge downtown and ski lift area (less than 10min drive). Hot tub was warm and comfortable. Good cleaning and kitchen accomodations. Comfortable couches and sleeping arrangements for 10 people easily. Overall definitely recommend!

Great place. Highly recommend.

Nicely furnished and maintained with fully stocked kitchen. Easy to find. With garage, pantry, and closet under the stares, lots of storage and washer/dryer onsite. Back deck area with hot tub very private being an end unit. Beds comfy. Shuttle is the best. Every hour on the hour. You literally step out the garage door and it picks up right there and more importantly drops you off there when you're legs are dog tired. Drops at a couple different lifts and gondola. No other stops. Not skiing-- take it to town and skip the parking hassle. Nordic ski/snowshoe center at golf course close by as well.

Great Property!

This property is great. Very nicely maintained. We had 20 inches of snow in 2 days and the plows and property crews kept the streets open! Short drive to the gondola and Frisco a little further. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who does not require ski in/out. We did not use the shuttle but it was available. Parking at the gondola is only 7 dollars. Very nice for a casual winter vacation.
