Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and linens and put on the floor of the laundry room, and load any dishes into the dishwasher. Do not start the washing machine/dishwasher.
Please take out the trash - cans are located on the side of the house. Separate the recycling and trash.
Ensure all lights and fans are off, AC is set to 'Heat to 60' and 'Cool to 80', and windows and doors to exterior are closed / locked. Interior doors open. Shut screen door on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
