About this property
New House Quiet and Modern
Brand New house containing Master bedroom with private bathroom with a walk in closet and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom upstairs. Full kitchen with dining and living room area, half bathroom. Easy and convenient access to Rt 75 and Rt 41 in between Cartersville, Rome and Calhoun. Grocery and gas station on walking distance.
Guest access
This is a brand new house we expect you to return it to us clean and tidy. Please throw the garbage out in the drum provided next to the garage. Please close all lights and fans. You do not need to clean the linens or the towels.
Wet towels need to be placed in the laundry bucket provided in each room.

Each door has a key as well as an electronic lock. The door codes are pasted inside the room next to the doors.
If keys are not returned we charge $150 for each key.
