The place was nice and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just was very communicative and responsive to questions. Street lights outside are out making it dark around the property. Also note, there are a lot of stairs to get in the property and inside.

Great stay

Great property and location. We came for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint which was only about 20 minutes away. The house was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Walmart was a 5 min drive for things we forgot and plenty of restaurants around. Our host was great and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again if we ever play here again

No complaints! Host is responsive and attentive to guests

We were in town for baseball tournament and this was optimal location and set up so we could be close but also have a kitchen and laundry room. It was comfortable and really quiet. I was pretty surprised as to how quiet the neighborhood was. The pics are exactly as shown, and we thought the two king bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was perfect for our stay. The host was spectacular and extremely responsive, one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had!

Location to facility was wonderful. Linens on bed were clean and comfortable. Cleanliness was good for the most part but on negative side...floor had a sticky residue that made dirt stick to feet when barefoot. Just to inform...not enuf of towels, washcloths, hand towels. No dishcloths etc for kitchen. Bring your own toilet paper...not enuf. Also not mentioned in description lots of stairs...not conducive for one who had just fallen with bad sprained foot. Not for elderly as well.

Property was really clean and very close to Lakepoint for baseball parents and travelers, 15 minutes tops. I would suggest staying here for PBR events and not for PG WWBA, East Cobb events as most of those would be at least an hour plus away. Another suggestion is to explore the small downtown area for meals and finish up at Coconuts Ice Cream. All and all was a very nice place to stay.

Our Host Lee was incredibly helpful even before we booked. He responded to our questions almost immediately each time. The accommodations were comfortable and everything we needed was there. We were especially pleased with the fact that each of the 2 bedrooms had their own full bathroom. Plus, there was a 1/2 bath near the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms were large with great closet space.I would have liked the unit to be marked with larger letters on the doors. We arrived in the dark and it was really hard to see the letter on the door but even in the daytime they are hard to see.
