Modern Manor - featured in Country Living (2019) and Modern Farmhouse Style (2018) - is the ideal Round Top home base. Perfect for Antique Week and town visits, this stylish farmhouse offers 3 bedrooms (all furnished with King-sized beds) and 3 full baths so every guest has space to unwind. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, generous dining and seating, and inviting outdoor areas with a large fireplace. Take in peaceful farm views, explore Warrenton shopping, or reach the heart of Round Top in just 5 minutes. Prime location, elevated comfort, and thoughtful hospitality - Modern Manor truly has it all.

The pool is located in a fenced area at the Main House. The Main House is not always rented out. There are three houses located on the farm, and the pool has shared access between the three houses unless you are renting the full property. We will provide more details in regards to the pool soon! Please feel free to inquire if you're looking for a Spring/Summer booking and have questions regarding the pool and pool area!

Modern Manor is located on a farm with two other houses, the Guest Cottage and Main House. The guest cottage may be rented by other guests, but is located far from the Modern Manor and you will still have your private area. Let us know if you have any questions!
If you'd like to book with the other two homes, or with the Guest Cottage, please inquire for more!
