NOTE: Between Sept 10- Dec 31, 2018, Regency Isle will be removing asphalt on G-Level parking garage and replacing it with a concrete surface. G-level will be inaccessible and will require guests to walk stairs between P-1 and the Ground level and walk a short distance around the outside of the building to access pools and beach.

Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units aren't considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure up-to-date top of the line amenities, such as porcelain plank flooring and granite throughout, huge double showers in each master bath, new lighting and faucets, and updated furnishings and accessories, etc. We also provide many little extras that aren't found in other condos.

About Sharon

Gary and I are two engineers living in a true house divided - one Alabama (Yay!) and one Auburn graduate. We just don't talk about it! We live in north Alabama, and have two married children (all Alabama and Auburn grads), and four grandchildren. We look forward to sharing our condo with others who are looking for a vacation home that provides both luxury and comfort in a family- friendly environment. Why Sharon chose Orange Beach

Our family has been vacationing in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach / Destin areas for over 30 years. Regency Isle is in a great location - convenient to restaurants and the "happening things," but distanced enough to provide guests a more private, serene setting. The facility is only steps from the ocean, located in a sparsely populated area, and there are no huge, high density units next door competing for our beach space.

* Heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, activity room, and steam room - allow for fun times even in cooler temps or inclement weather

*Covered pavilion, picnic tables and complimentary gas grills with a green space

What makes this condo unique

During our extensive condo search, we immediately noticed that Unit 902 was one of the most elegantly furnished condos in one of the nicest facilities we had seen anywhere. It is located on the desired east end of the building and is on the 9th floor - great for providing a tranquil setting with awesome views. This home is outfitted with high quality furnishings since it was originally a non-rental private vacation home. Our recent upgrades (remodeled master bath, new flooring throughout, new granite and lighting in baths, new king mattress in 2018, and all new faucets) added to the other luxury appointments, will allow our guests to feel the comforts of home and enjoy amenities and luxuries that are not common to most rental properties.

Absolutely perfect!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! I knew right away when I saw the pictures it was perfect for us! When we arrived and saw it in person, everything completely exceeded our expectations. From the huge balcony, very clean and perfectly decorated bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, ice machine at the wet bar... I could go on and on. My daughter referred to it as our 'holiday home' and I couldn't think of a better name for it because we felt like we were at our home away from home. The owners were so nice and thoughtful, and even made us feel like family. We loved it so much, we plan on making this our forever holiday home for our family beach vacation!

Perfect!

My husband and I spent the week here and absolutely loved the condo! The unit was decorated beautifully and loved the spacious balcony! First class accommodations! The shower and master bathroom was very nice. So many condos have poor water pressure, but not this one. We did purchase a new frying pan and left it for the next guests to enjoy. We like having our bacon and eggs at the beach every morning! :) Thanks Sharon and Gary for letting us enjoy your beautiful and relaxing condo!

It was perfect for our family!

It was our kiddos first experience at the beach and they loved it! The condo was perfect for walking to the beach and back, if needed. It had everything we needed for our family. It was beautiful and we would definitely recommend this place to others!

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our time at this beach front condo. It was very family friendly and we will definitely stay here again. My 12 year old nephew had a great time at the beach and at the pool. The condo was clean and neat - lots of pillows & blankets for the beds. We struggled with the cable in the master bedroom, but that's no surprise for us! Everything worked great and it was super to have some cleaning items on hand, so we didn't have to buy everything to wash dishes and towels.

Beautiful Condo and Amazing Owner!

My girl's weekend was amazing at this incredible property. The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. The views are outstanding. Cleanliness is obviously a top priority for the owner. Sharon followed up with me the day before our arrival and upon our check-in and made sure I knew she was available if needed. She offered early check-in since she knew I lived locally. We were able to get an early start for our girl's reunion. I can't say enough about how pleased my friends and I were from the time we arrived until the time we departed. I will be sure to book this property again for my family! This condo felt like a home and deserves the highest reviews!! Thank you, Sharon!

Regency Isle is conveniently located to the popular supermarkets and pharmacies. Many of the gulf's best restaurants are just minutes away in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores! The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and several championship courses are located nearby. Charter fishing boats are also plentiful in Orange Beach. The Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, The Wharf in Orange Beach, and a couple of nice Movie Theaters are all within a few miles of Regency Isle and provide a fun way to spend an evening.
