Great hosts and condo setup! Perfect for a family size of four. The condo was quite large and had a great layout! Very clean and smooth process for check in and check out. Also,it was wonderfully convenient to the beach and back to the pool area as well as condo area.

We enjoyed staying at Bob's condo. The location and the views were great. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bob made the process very easy. We would stay here again.

Great condo for families!

Loved the layout of the condo! Could easily fit our pack n play for our infant in the master bedroom. We loved having washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was great and the overall building made pool and beach life relaxing

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo was even prettier in person than in the posting. It was so clean and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay at the beach. The location was great because we were just minutes from great restaurants in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but being right next to the state park meant the beach area was less crowded just west of us. We can’t wait to go back.

One of the Best

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, just past the major commercial area but close enough for everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better balcony view. We only had one issue when the coffee pot broke but the owner responded immediately and the problem was solved. The next time we travel to Gulf shores, this place will be first on our list.

Best place I have been on VRBO for the price.

The owner was super responsive and engaged with our trip. Called me to see how it was going. There were issues that were not a big deal as there were plenty of bathrooms. I would buy one of these place if avaiable. 84 degree pool is tough to beat anywhere. Thanks so much for the stay!

Great place!

We have stayed at other units at the same facility and this was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We had the best time, with the best view. I have absolutely not one complaint. Clean, stocked well with dishes, pots, etc. Oh, and there is even a little basket with toothpaste, toothbrushes, and soaps in case you forgot yours! We will definitely be back!

I've reserved this property in the past and have always been thoroughly satisfied with it.It's a snap to make reservations, check in and check out. The unit is always clean and well stocked. There's plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans and everything needed to prepare meals.The MBR and bath are very large. The beds are comfortable too.Having 2.5 baths is great, no matter how many people are staying. The best thing is the size of the complex. It's only 5 floors so overcrowding has never been a problem. The new ramps to the beach eliminated steps so if there's a mobility issue, that should be beneficial. I recommend Palm Beach to families looking for a great condo that's centrally located close to just about everything without being in the middle of heavy traffic.

Excellent, clean, quiet!

The property is amazing! It's only a 5 story building with 4 sections and 2 heated pools. The grounds were impeccably clean. The condo was fantastic and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable, too. The view is the pool and beach were great when sitting on the balcony drinking coffee or wine and reading a book. We loved everything about how stay here. You can tell the property is well maintained. The location is near the beginning of orange Beach, after Gulf Shores, and it was so quiet! It was still close to everything we needed.

Amazing Thanksgiving Getaway!

The pictures did not do this property justice. The condo was very clean, very nicely decorated, and had all the amenities you might possibly need. The grounds were always super clean and maintenance crew were very friendly whenever we saw them. The views were amazing. From the balcony at the entrance you could watch the sunrise and from the balcony off the bedrooms and living room you could watch the sunset. Just a short walk to the beach from the boardwalk. We enjoyed going and looking for seashells almost every morning. The beach out from the condo is less busy also because it’s out of the large condo area of Orange Beach. Our girls also enjoyed the heated pools since it was slightly cooler when we were there. We had a wonderful time and Bob was very accommodating. He even called a couple days after arriving to make sure we didn’t have any issues. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location + great host!

We usually go to the 30a area in FL each summer, but have found this jewel of a location, 2 hours closer to home in TX, and without the worst of the traffic. We found Palm Beach last year, just before Hurricane Sally hit. The condo complex is a low rise, low density resort so you don’t get the elbow to elbow chairs like the high rises. This stretch of beach is particularly deep and is so much more expansive, giving more room. The best part is that it’s next to a few private houses, followed by the state park so, to the west, you have almost no beachgoers at all. Robert’s unit was very clean and well-stocked for my husband, myself, and three teen boys. We had just enough room to move around, eat dinner, get ready, etc., in part due to the huge master bathroom. Our boys enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach (at an angle) and one of the pools and played games on the provided table. To have two pools to choose from was a bonus. Robert’s communication from beginning to end was the best I’ve experienced so far with VRBO.

We have watched the area grow and develop into a vacation paradise featuring our beautiful white sand beaches. We have weathered natural disasters like Hurricane Ivan. and Hurricane Sally which came ashore in 2004 and 2020, which devastated our community as well as human disasters like the BP Oil Spill. Our beaches are still beautiful and we hope you will enjoy your time at Palm Beach.
