The Space:

The house is specially designed to provide you with an authentic Mexican experience in one of the city's most renowned, safe, and iconic neighborhoods. It features 8 spacious rooms, perfect for the most discerning travelers, and stands out for its unique design and unbeatable location. Ideally situated, it offers easy access to the main attractions in Mexico City, ensuring both comfort and proximity to the best the city has to offer.

Guest Access:

The house is exclusively for guests, giving you access to all its areas: patio, kitchen, laundry room, 8 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an additional shower, a half bathroom, a dining room, and a cozy living room. If you need a travel crib or a high chair for a baby, please let us know at least one week before your arrival so we can provide it. Additionally, if you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to inform us; we’ll do our best to find the best solution for you and your companions.



Other Things to Note:

An ideal space for groups of up to 18 people, perfect for friends or large families. The house has 8 cozy rooms with very comfortable beds, a backyard to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or a special evening, and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay unforgettable.



* Once the reservation is confirmed, it is not possible to reduce the number of guests or nights, or make changes to the date.



* In Mexico City we do not use heating or air conditioning. We suggest you check the weather forecast and pack clothing appropriate to the weather :).



* Due to possible water supply cuts in the area, we inform you that we will be attentive to minimize any related inconvenience.



*Parking of vehicles, whether on the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no liability for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

We love Mexico, and we want you to fall in love with it too. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and we’ll share all the necessary instructions before your arrival. You’ll also receive recommendations for must-visit places during your stay in Mexico. We’ll be available to assist you with any requests through the platform or via text message, with online support hours from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
