Everything was very clean and new. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the Montauk cookies - nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place. Covered porch and bonfire area were a plus. Would be nice to have some outdoor games as the lot is large and flat. Overall a great stay and the host was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

The cabin was awesome. Clean, comfortable, secluded, quiet and the wildlife was awesome seeing in the mornings and evening's. It's definitely newly constructed which is a plus but the outside still needs to be straightened up after construction. Had to keep a close eye on the kids to make sure they didn't step on broken tiles and chipped concrete and whatnot. After everything is cleaned up outside, it will definitely be THE place to stay if you want to be away from the city life.

Property is a new build, very clean and very well appointed. Grill, fire pits, hot tub… we spent much of our time on the current river or at Montauk but had it been a rainy day it would’ve been easy to just hang out at the property. It has the feeling of being out in the middle of nowhere similar to cabins we have had in Colorado yet it is just off the blacktop, less than 10 minutes to Montauk and only about 20 back to Salem if you need to run to Walmart. Perfect location in our opinion.
