High ceilings and large windows—the perfect setting for the soul to unwind. Sleep beneath a porthole window overlooking the garden, enjoy high-quality hardwood floors, a custom-built kitchen by a carpenter, high-end furnishings by Jan Kurtz & Rolf Benz, a grand piano, a fenced-in garden, and a brick fireplace. The grand piano is for decorative purposes only and is not tuned.
Dogs are welcome (max. 2). At least 800 m² of the property is fenced in. There is direct access from the vacation home, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The fence is approximately 1.00 m high. The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Beimbach, a hamlet of Rot am See with approximately 380 residents, surrounded by meadows and pastures.

Swimming is available at the Wallhausen Nature Swimming Area, located about 5 km away, where the water is biologically treated, allowing for a natural swimming experience in chlorine-free water.
Swimming spots for dogs: the Jagst weir at the old stone bridge before Eichenau (about 5 km away). A picturesque, beautiful spot that’s very easy to access. It’s also perfect for a hearty picnic… since there’s a wide wooden bench

Depending on availability and feasibility, you have the option to book an early check-in (check-in from 8:00 a.m.) and/or a late check-out (check-out by 6:00 p.m.) in advance.
