The secluded property offers a beautifully restored south facing 18th century country farmhouse renovated to offer an exceptional quality of life, a swimming pool and many terraces and a natural small lake with its own terrace all set in 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds.

The double fronted stone fireplace in the hall also opens onto the adjoining lounge, adding a sense of warmth and cosiness in the winter months though the whole house is centrally heated by individually controlled radiators supplied by a heat pump. The guest cloakroom under the staircase adds an elegant touch to the central hall.

A large central island with sitting on two sides serves as a socialising hub. A large dining table can sit up to 8 people for casual dining. A large pellet stove brings additional warmth and a sense of cosiness to this space in the winter months.
Food preparation zones surround a double electric oven, gas hobs and extractor fan and close by is an American fridge/freezer with ice making facility. On the facing wall a traditional butchers sink is flanked by ample work surfaces and a built-in dishwasher.
Behind the kitchen is a cosy TV room for informal family gatherings.
