The holiday home presents a comfortable interior with many amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. All rooms have blackout facilities, mostly with external blinds, to ensure your sleeping comfort. The living room and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating to keep you cosy and warm in the colder months. Bed linen and towels are already included in the price, the beds are lovingly made and a small welcome gift awaits you. A washing machine is also available free of charge and there is an additional guest WC on the ground floor.

Outside, a 25 square metre covered and sheltered terrace area awaits you, ideal for storing your bikes. E-bikes can be conveniently charged there. Two newly created parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home make it easier to unload your luggage and offer direct access to the terrace, which is not yet visible in the pictures. A sun terrace with awning and beach chair, a barbecue area and another separate barbecue area with seating invite you to relax.

The area surrounding our holiday home is a paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Directly in the village of Hamswehrum, you can enjoy the idyllic atmosphere of the village pond "Dopke" or explore the nearby children's playground with your children. Long cycle paths along the dyke, the short distance to the dyke and the Wadden Sea, and the newly created dry beach offer a wide range of leisure activities. In addition, supermarkets, restaurants and medical care in Pewsum, 5 km away, as well as other attractive destinations such as the fishing village of Greetsiel and the towns of Emden and Norden/Norddeich are within easy reach.
