Nice, modern apartment in a quiet location right on the water, WLAN

Separate, bright and friendly apartment (about 64 sqm) for up to 3 people.
The apartment is furnished in modern style with custom-built kitchen and wardrobes. The chairs are original pieces of design. The floor of the apartment is a genuine Italian terracotta floor tiles in the untreated state. The bathroom with walk-in shower is completely tiled and can be kept very easily clean. In addition, there are rabbits, pheasants and various birds in the pasture, which provide for the right natural atmosphere.
The North Sea dike with swimming area, surf surfing, kite surfing, dry beach, playground, restaurant and kiosk can be reached in a few minutes.


Holidays in East Frisia. Do you know what 'dös baddel' in High German name? Or Trekpot, waterketel, Schöddelke or Kluntjeknieper? Low German is not only beautiful to listen, but also one of the most appropriate languages, to complain to. And probably no other language has such well-sounding curse words, which are also seen almost all with a wink. For example you can say to someone: Wat dat is'n für'n Fummelke! It is not what you (might) think, but simply a messy person!

In summer and winter you will find the peace that you have always wanted to relax. But also for 'active' people's all there. Plan a bike ride, a visit to the Museum of Henri Nannen Foundation (Emden), a visit to the Late Gothic church in Hinte, or the Frisian Provincial Museum in Emden. Visit one of the East Frisian Islands -. Eg Borkum - or drink cozy East Frisian tea or coffee in the north or Krummhörn. The atmosphere in Upleward is relaxing, the people are open and friendly. You'll like it!
