Full spacious fully functional kitchen and nice utensils.

Unlike many cookie cutter properties in this area, this property has charm and style. You will not find out of date furniture and sun tan oil stained furniture as in some of the local hotels and units. No pets here, so

there will be no pet stains or odors, or the covering up of stains , odors , or pet hair. This helps to prevent any health issues for adults and children at this well maintained property.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property so you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze without tobacco smell.

Location is great, you don't have to deal with noisy lobby and chaotic packed sweaty elevators , just enjoy your relaxing , quiet ,no stress stay.

Every window in the home has room darkener shades for your convenience.

The property has central A/C with very little sound UNLIKE the various large chain hotels on the beach we have stayed at here who have very noisy a/c room controlled compressors which lead to a miserable night attempt to sleep.

Walk down to local activities if you care for entertainment and come back to a quiet Greek/French style oasis on the beach!

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect beach cottage getaway. Really nice stuff in the kitchen! I love that the owners did not skimp on that part. They even hand mixer so we baked a cake! Had a great time. Loved loved loved the house, especially the porch and the proximity to the beach!

First time renting Great Experience

This is a great place to stay ,the amenities that were supplied I cant say enough about. We cooked numerous nights with no problem. The beach was just a short walk and was very appreciative for the chairs, umbrella and boogie boards that were supplied. Will have no problem renting again. Brad was great with suggestions on different resturants and the ease of renting. We had a great experience.

Great location!

We had a short but amazing few days at the cottage - perfectly located to walk to the beach (a couple of houses away) or down the road to the diner for a great breakfast. The house was clean and everything was available for us (even Tivo!) Owner was super responsive and gave us great recommendations for food while visiting. We will definitely come back to the blue cottage!

This beach property is located on a spacious lot approximately one football field to the beach on the beach side of Via De Luna, the main road on the Island. It is one mile from restaurants, boardwalk and the pier with palm landscaped nice sidewalk and bike path. A Free Shuttle is available just in front of the street in Summer Months. Beautiful drive and bike /walking paths to the National Park Seashore.

Bikes can be stored in the closed in locked garage on the property.

Property location is 704 Maldonado Street , Pensacola Beach.

Calm bay water for kayaking and safe swimming is located not far away across the road and also near the boardwalk.

Local vendors, shops, convenient stores , gift shops, surf shops, Aveda Spa near by.
