Large, comfortable residence "Albarella Panorama", surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 m from the river, in the countryside, south-west facing position. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, indoor pool angular (seasonal availability: 20.Jun. - 11.Oct. and 23.Dec. - 16.Apr.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking space n 83. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 100 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "S. Bernardino, Villaggio" 450 m, railway station "Bellinzona" 48 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 2 km, cross country ski track 2.5 km, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: San Bernardino. Please note: car recommended.
"Panorama View 905", 2-room apartment 49 m2 on 9th floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Spacious, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table, cable TV, flat screen and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Small balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Esperienza piacevole

Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso e luminoso, ben arredato. Gli elettrodomestici della cucina sono stati sostituiti di recente. Purtroppo è presente una vecchia moquette in disordine e nel lavandino del bagno mancano il portasapone e il bicchiere per lo spazzolino. Anche l’aspirapolvere è un po’ datato. Per il resto soggiorno piacevole
