Location is only 10 minutes away from all the beautiful beaches (Sosua, Alicia, and Cabarette). it is also 10 minutes away from airport, around many restaurants, supermarket, shopping also 20 minutes drives from Downtown Puertoplata many attractions, old city, Malecon and Playa Dorada.

This quiet neighborhood, large green area. It is in a gated community with security located on the complex. A shared pool is located on the complex and is avaliable for residents use.
