This 4-person floating house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, opened in 2020, offers a great opportunity to enjoy water and nature in complete freedom and tranquility. The houseboat is not located in the first row, you still have a beautiful view of the water. At high tide you have a beautiful view of the dike and the landscape behind.



You enter the house via the terrace with an unobstructed view of the water. If you need shade, the owner keeps a sun sail in the house for you. Through the terrace you enter the living room with open kitchen. From the seating and dining area you have a beautiful view of the surrounding water. For a houseboat, the kitchen is equipped above average. For example, there is a small dishwasher and an oven. The bedrooms have double beds of 200 x 180 cm and 200 x 140 cm.



The houseboat is located next to a small marina where you can use the boat ramp (for a fee at the reception). The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and boating. The accommodation is located in the well-known and very spacious area of Maasplassen with many beautiful villages and towns. Belgium and Germany are just around the corner. In the Netherlands, visit the white city of Thorn, the historic cities of Maastricht and Roermond and the national parks De Meinweg and De Groote Peel. Cycling enthusiasts can visit the beautiful nature reserve Linnerweerd. At the beach of Maasterp, near the Dilkensplas National Park, you can swim, surf, canoe and wakeboard.
