Towel laundry instructions: Wash & Dry: Place all used towels in the laundry. No Folding: Leave dry towels inside of machines. Two Sets: Use both washers and dryers to save time.
Golf Cart Charging Location: Park carts inside the garage. Action: Plug each cart into its charger. Goal: Ensure full battery for the next stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please plug in the golf carts when not in use, this should keep them fully charged for daily use. Do not leave golf carts charging overnight.

The house was perfect for our family. Nice and spacious with lots of room to spread out. The house was well equipped with beach supplies, hair dryers/shampoo/conditioner, and a well stocked kitchen. The golf carts were great. We love the community, golf cart to the beach and pool/splash pad.

My family had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous family-friendly home. It was clean and stocked up with all of the personal and beach necessities. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions I had. There were so many amenities available for use. The pool, golf carts, and beach passes were an added bonus to the listing! I plan on booking again.

We enjoyed our stay this beach house! From the beginning the host was very kind and answered questions promptly. Checkin was easy! The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. It had everything you needed. We had the best vacation there. I highly recommend this house for a large family, The extra golf carts was so convenient to enjoy and get around. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommend!

House was clean, prepped, and ready for my family of 12. Our hosts were exceptional people, above and beyond their duties as Host! My grandchildren were in awe when they saw the selection of games! There were 2 golf carts plus we rented a third. The pool and Beach were as the kids would say “The best cart rides ever!” Semper Fi Surfside was like a glove we just slid in, perfect fit! Looking forward to making plans for 2027!! As a Grandparent the safety of your loved ones is important and this community provides that
