BR 2 has 1 King bed and 1 twin day bed with trundle and private bathroom| BR 3 has 1 King bed and private bathroom| BR 4 has 1 King bed| BR 5 has 2 Queen beds| BR 4 & BR 5 have a full bathroom that is shared. All Bedrooms have smart tv's, plenty of closet space and full dressers & ceiling fans. Home has full Central A/C.
There is access to the home without having to walk up any steps from the lower side private entry door into the home. The lower level has a full living room with pull out Queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, double oven with flat top stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. BR 4 & BR 5 and 1 full bathroom are located in this lower level. Full enclosed screened in porch with tv and fans.
Access to entire home except inside the garages.

Community Amenities: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, fitness center, beach access, playground, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, outdoor showers, Horseshoe Pits, Bocce and shuffle board courts, Volleyball court, Golf Cart rentals inside community for your stay, fishing at lakes.

Guest can rent a golf cart to get to all the amenities inside the community. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed in the community. Must use the golf cart rental inside only. Must be 16 years old to drive a golf in SC. It's the law.

Street parking is prohibited at this property. There is no parking garage available for this property. Overflow parking is available with a pass from the security gate.

Driveway (5 vehicles), no street parking, no parking garage. 2 golf carts allowed max. If you need to rent more then 2 golf carts during your stay you will have to park your vehicles in overflow lot to allow more space for golf carts. Golf carts are only allowed to be parked on the driveway. No golf carts allowed on the grass.

The property requires no steps for entry if you use the lower bottom right entry door. The lower level features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and screen in porch on the lower level; however, all other bedrooms/bathrooms, a 2nd living room, and main kitchen require stair to access.
