Luego, bienvenido a nuestra excepcional casa de tres niveles de estilo Bermudas en la exclusiva comunidad privada cerrada Ocean Side Village de Bermuda Bay ubicada en Surfside Beach, Carolina del Sur. Nuestra casa de vacaciones decorada a medida y estilo 'Tommy Bahama' será la casa perfecta para sus vacaciones familiares. Nuestra casa de 5 dormitorios y 4 1/2 baños puede alojar cómodamente a 15 personas en camas y 2 sofás extraíbles. Bermuda Bay es parte de la comunidad privada de Oceanside Village. Bermuda Bay fue un ganador reciente del prestigioso 'Desfile de casas' de la Asociación de Constructores de Viviendas del Condado de Horry. Esta hermosa comunidad estilo centro turístico está ubicada al sur de Myrtle Beach, a minutos de Murrells Inlet, Litchfield y Pawley's Island. Ofrecemos alquileres tanto semanales como a largo plazo que incluyen el uso de nuestro gran carrito personal de golf y casi una docena de bicicletas. A gem needing a little TLC.

As advertised as far as cleanliness goes. Check-in had its own issues but it was figured out BEFORE I got to the property so no problem there. There some minor upkeeps that should have been done prior to our arrival but because we were handy, we took care of them. ANC were compensated for our efforts. Greg seemed to be a genuine guy and communicated well after figuring out he had text the clients that were coming the week after me by mistake. But the house… It was fantastic! A gem of a rental with plenty of space for 7 men to enjoy themselves during bike week. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, amenity loaded rental. I have the house saved for future rental!

Inconvenient check in

The key wasn’t in the lock box & we had to wait a day for resolution There was an insect issue & we had to coordinate with an exterminator, outdated housebook instructions, house had an univiting odor, dirty linen ( blood stains)

House size is perfect for large families.

Three floors with multi level kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms was just what we were looking for, and this house fit the bill. Landscape in need of attendance. House cleanliness was lacking; sticky kitchen floor. Light in third floor stairwell did not work, and no remote for TV on third floor. Minor things that can easily be corrected; just requires some maintenance. Great amenities in the gated community; indoor and outdoor pools, as well as splash pad for kids. Suggest booking through VRBO to avoid any issues.

Thanksgiving Gathering

Property was not cleaned after workers left. I had to wash my linen because it was used and placed on top of dryer and We had to do our own dusting and sanitizing. We also paid 300.00 dollars for linen rental and we didn't have sufficent towels in the bathroom and kitchen (downstairs). We were promised $ 200.00 refund and you gussed it never received it.

The property manager was very professional and helpful. I would never book with VRBO again due to the miscommunication and unprofessionalism I was stuck finding a home the day that I was supposed to check in and the VRBO customer service team was not able to assist me with doing that. I don’t recommend this site to anyone.

The house was awesome the location was easy to get to and close to everything. Greg was awesome to deal with and very easy to get a hold of anytime I had a question. Will come back every year if available.

Great place and location!!

The house was perfect! We had a girls long weekend! So much fun! We loved using the bikes and golf cart to get to the pool and beach. Every night we made the short drive to Murrels Inlet for dinner as no one wanted to cook, although the kitchen was well stocked!! We have rented again for next year!

Wonderful place.

Enjoyed our week so much with adult children and grandchildren. A beautiful house and felt right at home. Only disappointment - only had 1 golf cart (picture shows 2). Had to make multi-trips to beach. But we made it! Will definitely rent again in the future.

Gorgeous Family Friendly Beach House

We stayed in this beautiful beach home for a week with two other families from our travel baseball team during a tournament at the Ripken Experience. Everyone in our group was very impressed with this home and it was a perfect fit for our needs. I should also point out that the owner Greg is wonderful to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and also let me know to feel free to call him if we needed any suggestions for dining or entertainment during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the Surfside Beach / Garden City area.

The home is very nice and large we had two families sharing so 13 in all and all had room.

The house is supplied well from the kitchen to the beach gear and a golf cart to get to the beach. Loved it. Thanks Greg for all you assistance while we were there!

Beautiful home in best part of development!

Our family loved this vacation.. house is even better then the pictures.. plenty of room for large families. Neighborhood very friendly.. saved us a lot of packing by including linens and towels! Golf cart and bikes were so convenient too. Greg was great to work with.. would love to go back again!!

Wonderful Property

House was nice but owner isn't!

Myself and my family rented Greg's house for 6 days in May. All started off well, he was great with communicating until after I sent the first check as he had it set up where you pay the first half and then the second half 30 days before the arrival date. After he received the first check he was very hard to get in contact with for any questions I had! He didn't answer me until about 3 days before we would be arriving and that was after multiple attempts of contacting him via phone! Then we arrived there he never even told the gate person that we were coming the only reason we got in is because I brought the contract, if I hadn't done that we would have not been allowed in. When we finally arrived we had to wait on the cleaners to finish up cleaning which was fine. The house was very nice and we had no complaints except there was a couple bikes with flat tires, no big deal we just pumped up the tires on the one bike we did use. When we went to the beach we did use the beach chairs and umbrella provided and got to the beach and noticed the one chair was broken and the umbrella. When my mother went to have a cup of coffee she had to clean out a moldy coffee maker as someone had left the coffee grinds in it and it was never cleaned. My family and myself enjoyed our stay regardless of these small things. Two weeks go by and I asked Greg were our deposit was that we had paid and was supposed to get back since I was supposed to hear something within 10 days states the contract. Well Greg text me stating that we had left the house trashed and broke 3 bikes and that it smelled like smoke and pets, which I knew was going to happen because before we were even out of the house he had his maintenance guy there looking around for a reason to keep the deposit. We cleaned up everything before left, no one smoked inside the house and no one brought any pets! We only used one bike! It's pretty clear has I stated before there were things broken when we arrived and he didn't know about it so his maintenance guy clearly does not check everything! We have pictures to prove that everything was clean and I asked for proof of the mess we supposedly made and he said he would provide in writing and that the next renters had seen the mess which his maintenance guy told us the people renting after us were his sons! He clearly is lying as he cannot even provide pictures of the supposed mess! Please beware when renting from him as he will more than likely keep your deposit!

Amazing Golf Vacation Beach House!

A group of my golfing buddies have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years now. We are from Upstate New York, near Watertown, NY. In the past we have typically created a Stay and Play package utilizing a hotel for lodging. This year we had 12 guys and decided to search around a little more for a good deal. We found this wonderful beach house which is located just minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Everything about our experience here was fantastic. Great location, clean, and so many amenities! It was actually our best vacation in some time. We love playing golf on the southern portion of Myrtle Beach. Our 6 courses were no farther than 20 minutes from the beach house. For golfers like myself and my friends...this was an excellent place to return to after golf and relax for awhile and then head out for dinner and some cocktails to round out the day. We have already booked our dates for our next golf vacation! Can't go wrong here! Thank you, Greg for your hospitality and professionalism.

Wonderful Family Retreat

This was a very accommodating home it enabled us to spend quality time for a family vacation. The Home was very well-maintained and it had everything that you would need for every member of the family. The fact that the golf carts, boogie board, and beach chairs were included was fantastic, that was less luggage to carry and even the baby crib and high chair was included. The beach was great and the pool with the splash pad was a big hit with the younger children. The owner (Greg) gave me several places to go eat and see, but we spent all the time at the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants a great place to stay with a large family.

Good place for vacation..peaceful and Clean

The house was well maintained and clean. Provided enough linens and sheets for all. Golf carts was a plus for this house. Community is very peaceful and distance from beach was decent. But only disappointment was for all bicycles the tires were flattened out. No matter how hard we tried to fill air no luck. There is no gas in the grill so we couldn't enjoy the grill on our first day, we brought gas from outside next day and replaced it.

YOU HAVE TO BOOK THIS HOUSE

I have been coming south for the summer for over 20 years and this house was the cleanest and comforting by far. It was close to the beach but not on top of everyone - the golf carts were a hit. Had everything we could ask for and more - NO Beach house smell - you know what I'm taking about for those who travel a lot. It was the BEST!!!

Perfect home to make memories and have a blast!

We had 2 blended families stay here for a week that consisted of 4 adults, 7 teenagers and 2 seniors. The house was perfect for us. It was clean, decorated beautifully and comfortable (especially the beds). There are beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, grills and every kitchen utensil you could think of. They thought of everything so you can just show up ready to relax and play. The golf carts ran great and made the trip much better. We have stayed in Oceanside Village before and had to rent a golf cart and it is quite expensive. So this is an added bonus. Only drawback was that they do not have headlights so you have to park them before dark. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making it so simple for us to to have a relaxed time with our friends and family. We had a LARGE time!

We bought this home because it was so big, luxurious and accommodating for our family and friends. We painstakingly furnished it with top of the line furniture and furnishings paying close attention to the beach living theme. All of our furniture is Tommy Bahama and each room is warm and comfortably inviting. We can get to our private beach front parking in just a few minutes by bikes or golf carts. There are so many other activities to enjoy within the friendly confides of our large gated Ocean Side Village community ....everyone here is fun and friendly!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are in the quiet back of the community closest to the beach. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful colors of all the other homes in our Bermuda Bay community or sit on the back porch or 2nd floor deck off of the master bedroom and enjoy our pond and the large lighted fountain. Turtles, fish and ducks abound and children love fishing and feeding all of these animals off of our back porch.
