Outdoor Living & Wellness Spaces

The backyard is a private resort experience designed around relaxation and connection. A hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge create a true wellness circuit, complemented by an outdoor shower and a tranquil waterfall feature. Catch some sun on the daybed, egg chair swings invite slow mornings and quiet evenings, while the garden provides fresh herbs guests are welcome to use during their stay. A custom outdoor BBQ island anchors the space, featuring a top-of-the-line pizza oven and ample prep and seating areas, perfect for group meals and outdoor entertaining.

The main living area is spacious, comfortable, and designed for shared experiences. You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the main house, hot tub, and all outdoor living areas. The property features a private entrance and is fully fenced for your privacy.

• Pet Fee: A flat fee of $75 per stay applies for guests bringing dogs (max 2).

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

• Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

• Commitment to Cleanliness: Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous protocols, using EPA-registered products to clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, soft surfaces, and dinnerware before your arrival.

We prioritize your privacy and comfort. Our team is available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance during your stay. We are local and can respond promptly to any concerns, but we will not be on the property during your visit unless requested.
