Perfect location for your San Diego stay

Me and a couple friends went down for a wedding and wanted close to a beach and the bars and this place has it. 1 block from the beach and so central to everything. Great spot for entertainment with rooftop deck and front patio.Great communication from the owner and check in was a breeze!Ill be back next time I visit San Diego!

Family Holiday

My group of 7 - husband, 2 adult children, sisters and niece, enjoyed a 9 day stay at 718/720 Isthmus. The property, while not on the beach, was just a few steps away. It was clean, well maintained and worked perfectly for our holidays. Everything we wanted and needed was in close proximity. TheWe will definitely visit again.

Perfect location and for large groups!

We had 10 women stay in both units and it was absolutely perfect for our group! Amazing location steps from the beach and beach path to get to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Huge space with plenty of bathrooms as well!

Facilities were nice compared to expectations and price. Downstairs dryer didn’t work, which we reported day 4 of 7. We just used upstairs dryer.

location great. upstairs property was very nice. downstairs property is a step down but still nice. dryer and dish washer in downstairs property not working very well. check in had some conflicting info about need to go to rental office but ended up being smooth. overall we had an excellent trip and were very happy with the property.

Amazing Stay!

This property was everything it advertised and more! The host was gracious and accommodating when my husband was involved in a terrible car accident a year ago and we had to reschedule. I would definitely rent again! :)

Great spot and location

Place was right in the middle of everything, location couldn't of been better. Pamela was easy to work with and responded quickly. Only issue we had was getting the refrigerator to cool down but that could have been user error.

Great location

Wonderful spot a block away from the ocean (missiom bay beach). I had organized a group retreat for some colleagues. Our only complaint was that the wifi was pretty weak. Would be pretty frustrating if you had to anything very extensive.

Great place at a great location!

We recently stayed here with a group of family friends for Spring Break. The accommodations worked out great for us, as we designated the lower unit for the teen girls and all the adults (parents) on the rooms upstairs. We enjoyed having the beach just a few steps away and enjoyed the perfect sunsets every single day! We also used the outdoor eating/grilling space a lot, making it a great hang-out spot for the families. We were able to easily walk for ice cream and dinner a couple of days, as well as to enjoy the rides at Belmont park! Great experience overall! Would totally recommend!!

Mission Beach Escape

We rented the lower and upper level of this home for 3 nights for a group of 9 adults. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. We spent most of our time in the upper level living area or on the rooftop deck with a view of the ocean. It's a very short walk to the beach and to many shops and restaurants. The 2-car garage was nice as some of us drove in from Phoenix. Both units were well stocked and very comfortable. We would certainly return and recommend this home for a large group.

Perfect for our needs

My family and I stayed here for my son's wedding weekend. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is a duplex, upstairs and downstairs. My parents (who are in their 80's) were able to stay downstairs and not have to worry about walking up steps. It was near everything and everywhere we needed to be for the festivities. A few (small) negatives are that the light in the walkway from the garage to the yard didn't work (or the bulb is burned out), the water dispenser on the fridge upstairs doesn't work, there is no ice maker in either unit, and a remote for the garage doors instead of always having to use the keypad would be helpful.

Not completely beachfront

The house was great! Much more spacious than expected. We had a group of 11 split between the 2 houses and the upstairs house had plenty of space for everyone. My only complaint was that the pictures and map made it look beachfront but it was actually the 3rd house back from the beach. Otherwise the houses had everything we needed and were comfortable and clean.

Long Weekend

This a great property. The amenities were as advertised and the location with access to the beach was phenomenal. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego.
