Perfect location for your San Diego stay

Me and a couple friends went down for a wedding and wanted close to a beach and the bars and this place has it. 1 block from the beach and so central to everything. Great spot for entertainment with rooftop deck and front patio.Great communication from the owner and check in was a breeze!Ill be back next time I visit San Diego!

The house is in an amazing location and fit our group of 12 great. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids so we rented the whole house (2 bedrooms in the bottom unit and 3 bedrooms in the upstairs unit). We were steps away from the beach, local restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The only negative we had was that we were informed prior to check-in that the downstairs dryer was not working and the tv service was not operational. I appreciate that we were told and didn’t have to find out on our own, but the property management company scheduled service to be completed during our stay without asking first (8-12 on one day and 8-12 on another) This meant we would have had people coming into the unit while we were there potentially sleeping or we would need to leave and the manager would be there with the techs. I asked for the appointments to be rescheduled for another time which they respected with help from Pam the property owner. This did impact us, but not drastically. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Disappointed

I love the location and there was enouhj rooms for everyone. Very disappointed bed sheets were dirty theuynever changed them. The downstairs dryer was broken. Also one of the kithcen chairs was very lose. There was slso sand in all over the washer. I told the management office to let the owners know. We are charged a big clean fee and the cleaning may need to be changed. The management did have the cleaning crew come and clean the beds. The dryer was checked but was unable to fix it at the time. Stated they needed a specialist for the dryer. I was really upset about the beds no one wants to sleep in dirty bed.

Family Holiday

My group of 7 - husband, 2 adult children, sisters and niece, enjoyed a 9 day stay at 718/720 Isthmus. The property, while not on the beach, was just a few steps away. It was clean, well maintained and worked perfectly for our holidays. Everything we wanted and needed was in close proximity. TheWe will definitely visit again.

Perfect location and for large groups!

We had 10 women stay in both units and it was absolutely perfect for our group! Amazing location steps from the beach and beach path to get to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Huge space with plenty of bathrooms as well!

Amazing Stay!

This property was everything it advertised and more! The host was gracious and accommodating when my husband was involved in a terrible car accident a year ago and we had to reschedule. I would definitely rent again! :)

location great. upstairs property was very nice. downstairs property is a step down but still nice. dryer and dish washer in downstairs property not working very well. check in had some conflicting info about need to go to rental office but ended up being smooth. overall we had an excellent trip and were very happy with the property.

Great spot and location

Place was right in the middle of everything, location couldn't of been better. Pamela was easy to work with and responded quickly. Only issue we had was getting the refrigerator to cool down but that could have been user error.

Long Weekend

This a great property. The amenities were as advertised and the location with access to the beach was phenomenal. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego.
