The Space: The Pearl exists to offer a boutique hotel experience within a private, beautifully designed modern home, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay in America’s oldest city. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this striking home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Living Room: Genuine leather sectional, board games, vinyl record player with Bluetooth capability, two accent chairs, surf board decor, *hammock chair under the stairs*

Dining Room: Solid wood dining table for 8 that converts to a billiards table

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, coffee & cocktail area

Room 01: Located on the lower level, king size bed, velvet headboard, reading lamps, wall mounted desk, views of the backyard, and a private entrance to the downstairs bathroom.

Room 02: Located on the upper level, king size bed, velvet headboard, reading lamps, and views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Room 03: Located on the upper level, queen size bunk bed, two desks, a full length mirror, cozy accent lighting, and views of the outdoor corn hole alleyway.

Outside: 40 foot sun deck, lounge chairs with umbrellas, 10 foot saltwater plunge pool, private alleyway for corn hole, pergola-covered outdoor dining area, propane grill, gas fire pit
