You'll love this adorable 1890 cottage, recently renovated with a separate living room, dining room and gallery kitchen, mudroom & bathroom. Downstairs you will find a large walk in unfinished basement perfect for storing bikes, canoes and kayaks as well as your own iff street parking spot.You're a 5 minute walk away from a golf course, restaurant, and hiking trails with breathtaking vistas. Just one square mile Nahant is the perfect place to take long walks to see the sunrise on one pm of the island & the sunset on the other. Or you can just sunbathe on one of the town's beautiful, family friendly beaches! This house is perfect gateway for a romantic getaway those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city without the hassle of driving to Cape Cod! Boston is 30 minutes away by car, commuter rail or subway(Blue Line). We suggest renting a car to get on and off the island via the causeway if you plan to explore the Boston or neighboring towns on its Northshore like Swampscott Salem and Marblehead!
