Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! Nice location and definitely take him up on his restaurant recommendations... we tried out Jac's for breakfast and it was phenomenal and by far the least expensive meal on our entire trip. The house is a bit ran down in areas and doesn't feel super secure, but it is overall a very cool home, clean linens and bathroom and plenty of space. The beds were also very comfortable! We would stay here again if I'm Boston. Thanks!

Boston Marathon 25

We were in town for the Boston 5K & Marathon. The space was lovely, and the owner very receptive. We enjoyed talking with him and ate at several great restaurants that he recommended.

Perfect location

We used this property as both a hangout and home base for day trips to Portland, Maine, Salem, Boston, and Nahant. It was a quick drive to the airport and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Picked up groceries at Winthrop Market, and enjoyed food from Nick’s Place and Odyssey.

Great spot!

My sister and I did a trip where we split a day in Boston and a day in Salem. This was a perfect place to stay for both. Frank was a lovely host who was very responsive and gave us a lot of good suggestions. We especially really enjoyed getting to use the balcony. My sister and I both said we would love to stay here again!
