Step inside the Beach House on the 2nd floor and be greeted by a breathtaking 3-storey atrium. This level features a spacious living room, a dining area with seating for six, and a large kitchen —perfect for gathering and entertaining.

The home offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two master suites. One master suite on the 2nd floor and ensuite bathroom, while the other on the 3rd floor features a second master bedroom, ensuite, and convenient washer and dryer. A second bedroom and an additional bathroom are also located on the 2nd floor. Ascend the wooden spiral staircase to the 4th-floor loft, where a twin bed awaits.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from expansive picture windows and three wide terraces, offering the perfect spots to relax and soak in the scenery.

Traveling with a larger group? No problem! Additional bedrooms and bathrooms can be added on the lower beach level, along with separate lock-off units including a two-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. These units are soundproof and accessible via an interior staircase, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
