Enjoy this sexy, 2-level ADU with living room, dining area, a petite kitchen and full bathroom on the first level and a lower level featuring a queen bed, and a twin couch bed. 55” TV with Netflix and YouTube available. New bed sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided. Towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer are provided for your convenience. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Driveway and easy street parking available. 2 blocks from restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores. Saturday 9a-1p farmers market at Franklin Square. This soothing retreat offers a terrific blend of comfort and charm. My place is equipped for short term stays around major events happening in the Silicon Valley Bay Area. 3 night minimum and 7 night maximum.
