Had to get away from the storm surge, certainly wasn’t the reason we wanted to be in the villages. The house was perfect, very clean and well appointed.

The property was well appointed. Super clean. Well located for our needs. It would have been nice to use the amenities but I couldn’t justify 50 a piece per person for 4 days. The booking process was tantamount to applying for a mortgage..and the management company charges 5% on credit card tans

The kitchen is fully stocked if you plan to cook. We would rent again. The only issue we saw was there were worms (alive and dead throughout the home on the floor). One BIG bug also dead on the floor. The home needs to be sprayed outside.

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay, it is Clean, very well furnished and equipped. It has a central location in The Villages, although it has a golf cart we did not use it (maybe next time). The kitchen had plenty of spices for cooking except garlic powder. Our only issue was the mattress in the primary bedroom, the mattress needs to be replaced, we both could feel the springs, and my wife actually spent part of two nights sleeping on the sofa. If we come back this will be our first choice when looking for a place to stay.

It also includes the use of a golf cart, which I used a lot, both to play golf and to just generally tour The Villages.My only issue is that the two car, plus golf cart garage is actually a one car garage, with golf cart garage because a van is stored in one of the car locations.

Location puts us within easy driving ( provided cart) distance of town squares dining and golf courses. I would definitely rent this property again. The only irritant was that the wifi password listed in the packet that came with house, was incorrect and took several days to determine that the router had correct password. All in all an excellent stay.

Our only complaints are the lanai is not private at all; it's like sitting on the lawn and the electric grill is slow and loses heat quickly.

We would suggest having TV's in more bedrooms. Filter in fridge could have been changed, water not too tasty. Coffee pot had hissy fits on occasion, but backup Kuerig was helpful. Lanai could have used screens certain times of the day. House was clean and easy to live in, and the owner was extremely attentive when we had difficulty with the wifi.

Countryside Path- The Villages

The house was perfect. Loved the outdoor screened in porch. We had excellent weather and spent slot of time outside. The unit was fully furnished and I mean “fully”. Open floor plan allowed TV viewing for everyone. A great example of why someday we may move to the The Villages.
