Cheerful 2 Bedroom Villa with Golf Cart and a GREAT Location!

Lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bath patio villa in the Village, FL (Buttonwood Community).

SLEEPS 5
2 bedrooms

Home is close to 3 main executive golf courses: Tarpon Boil, Redfish Run, Bonita Pass. As well as close to the Fish Hawk Rec Center and Buttonwood pool. Not to mention that Sumter Landing is just down the road!

Families are welcome, but a crib/pack and play is not provided at this time so please bring your own. The garage has enough space for your car as well as the INCLUDED 4 SEAT GOLF CART!

Guests will have access to the 1.5 car garage as well as the driveway. Primary modes of transportations around The Villages is by golf cart, car, walking, and biking.

I will not be available in person. You are more than welcome to reach out via phone, email, or through message. I am usually very quick to reply, particularly on check-in and check-out days.

Additionally: Basic Guest passes to access the pools and other activities at the villages are available with 1 weeks notice. Requests for guest passes must include: Full name, home address, age, and date of birth for everyone in the home.

Premium passes can be purchased directly by the guests at the Mulberry Rec Center for $50 per pass. This will allow access to certain pools as well as the executive golf courses.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villages and this houses location was perfect. Sheron (the host) was very responsive to all our communication and answered all our questions. The house was perfect for our trip.

The Villa was perfect for me and my husband. Location was great, right near a lot of restaurants and activities! The owner was so kind to let us extend our stay since we were having such a good time getting acquainted with all The Villages has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

We loved the location of the home. It’s located between Brownwood and Sumter. The golf cart was a big plus, and having Gloria next door was awesome.

Great Villages Getaway

The house was nicely decorated with ample room. It is located in-between Lake Sumter and Brownwood, so travel by golf cart is convenient and fun (4 seater golf cart provided).We've stayed at several properties and this one is at the top of our list for convenience and value.

Great stay in the Villages! It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our family. Sheron and Jeff were very quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed using the golf cart, the house was very close to the pool and Sumter Landing. We won't hesitate to stay there again for future trips to the Villages!

Wonderful accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived at the house, we had some questions and the owner responded to us quickly and was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen which made it easy to wash clothes often. It really is a great place to stay.
