The bedrooms feature a mix of 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Inside, you’ll find superb climate control with heating and AC to keep you cozy year-round. The bathrooms include showers and bathtubs, along with hair dryers for convenience. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We kindly request that you check-out by 10:00AM. We have a cleaning crew that will arrive promptly at 10:00AM.
If you have time to start a load of towels before you leave, please do. If not, just leave the towels and beach towels on the floor of the bathroom or in front of the washer.
The cleaning crew will strip the beds, etc. Please send us a quick message to let us know you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our home is a townhouse with plenty of room, but please respect all property boundaries and be sure the driveway is never blocked.
Parking is a bit tight-three car's max (fewer is better). Please, no large pick-ups, large SUV's and no trailers.
We ask that you treat our home as you would your own and clean up as you go. Please take trash and recycling to the outside bins.
