Arriving at the home, you’re welcomed by a large front porch with classic rocking chairs, the perfect place to relax and watch island life pass by. Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home in the central living area. To the right, a well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a convenient coffee bar, and an island with seating for three. To the left, a dining table seats eight comfortably, making meals together easy and inviting.
The expansive living room provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out and flows seamlessly into a bright sunroom filled with windows. From here, step out onto the oversized screened porch, furnished with multiple seating areas for lounging, dining, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze. Beyond the porch, the backyard leads to a private dock with bench seating and a floating dock right on the canal—ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or soaking in the serene water views.
The main living level includes three bedrooms. The primary bedroom, located to the right, features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the left side of the home are a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds; these rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Perfect for larger families or groups traveling together, the ground level offers a fully self-contained apartment with its own private entrance (no interior access between levels). Enter through the one-car garage into a spacious living area with a sofa, TV space, and two twin beds, plus sliding glass doors that open to the backyard. This level also includes a second primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo—the only bathroom on this floor. Between the bedrooms is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, also with sliding glass door access to the yard. A laundry room completes this level.
