Escape to the mountains in this spacious, beautifully appointed retreat just minutes from Granby Ranch. Whether you're planning a ski trip, summer hiking adventure, or a relaxing weekend away, this home delivers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views.

After a day of adventure, soak in your private hot tub while taking in the stunning mountain scenery, or enjoy the ease of parking in the attached garage, perfect in every season. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for family meals, entertaining, or a cozy night in.

Designed with both space and comfort in mind, the home features five bedrooms:
• Two downstairs bedrooms — ideal for kids or additional guests
• Three upstairs bedrooms, including a primary king suite with a large soaking tub for the ultimate retreat

Tucked in a peaceful mountain setting yet close to everything you need, this home is the perfect basecamp for your Colorado getaway.
Cell service is spotty near the home. Save all check in instructions prior to arrival
Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight
ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily. Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted

Great place and location

We had 2 families stay at this home together 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax after a day of skiing. Hot tub was great and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

We had a very good stay here and had plenty of room between our two large families. Hot tub was nice and close to “town” for those last minute grocery store runs. Very nice drive to the lake, hoping to come back again in the summer.

Relaxing in the mountains

We stayed with a few friends. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The location is quiet. Several deer walked by one evening while we were in the hottub. Would stay here again.
