Spacious villa with pool and sea view - Villa Arena Blanca

In the small town of Marina de Son Ganxo, not far from the beach, the Villa Arena Blanca is set peaceful surroundings. With a spacious and light-flooded living room, a well-equipped, separate kitchen with dining table, 5 bedrooms (one of them with double bed and bathroom en suite) and 2 further bathrooms, the tastefully furnished holiday home can accommodate 10 people. A laundry room is also at your disposal. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a satellite TV and parking on the property.

There is a baby cot available free of charge and a high chair available for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee. On the covered terrace, from which you have a partial sea view, you can enjoy relaxing holidays and alfresco barbecue dinners. Refreshment is provided by the large pool. Thanks to the ideal location, restaurants are in your immediate vicinity and the coastal town of Punta Prima, with numerous shopping facilities, bars, cafés and a sandy beach, is only 1.5 kilometers away and can be reached in just a few minutes by car.



Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

We were a party of 6 adults and a baby. The villa is very well laid out and had the perfect amount of space for us.The location was great, about 8 restaurants within a 20 minute walk.The pool was cleaned twice in our week and we also got a change of towels which was great.We had one issue with a blind in the lounge and this was sorted within 2 hours, very impressed.We had very good weather for our stay and the outside dining area got no shade in the early evening, a suggestion would be parasols that tilt so that the area could be made cooler. A small thing also would be to provide some plastic glasses for the pool area.Overall berry happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Acogedora, familiar y excelente distribución

Pros: Disfrutamos de unas vacaciones maravillosas en una acogedora isla, destacando nuestra estancia en una espléndida Villa de una sola planta con una distribución incomparable. La piscina y la cocina bien equipada fueron perfectas, y la empresa gestora siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Visitamos calas preciosas para hacer snorkel, y también encontramos calas estupendas en el norte, a una hora en coche. Cons: Que el norte tenga mejores calas que el sur

Family Holiday

Great villa for our group of six adults and two young children. Plenty of shade close to the pool. About a mile to nearest beaches. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very attentive host who quickly replaced a couple of broken items.
