Downtown Pismo Beach Near Pier, Easy walk to beach just 3/4 block away. Coastal living with miles of sand and dunes. Adjacent to downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Living room has comfy seating, large flat screen High Definition TV with Roku for you to log into your streaming accounts, and an electric fireplace insert. Wood floors throughout including kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped, including, cookware, dishes, small appliances, double wide fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Dining room seats 4, overhead fan, mirror wall, breakfast bar with 3 stools. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bed and bath linens included. Deck off dining room with ocean views. Barbecue (must be used by the garage and returned to garage after use). Wireless Internet. Beach chairs, deck chairs, boogie boards, 2 adult-size bicycles available for use. Garage is on the ground level, the main living area is on the second level, and all 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor.

Great location & the host had a great assortment of amenities that came in handy. Private garaged parking is a major plus. Everything is within walking distance. Very clean & comfortable. Only one draw back but that is in any way fault to the host. Traffic on weekends in the evening is a bit noisy but besides that, we truly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it!

We enjoyed the area it was in. we walked everywhere. And having a garage for the car was great so we didn't have to circle the block looking for parking. There were a few things wrong when we got there, but the rental company was easy to work with. And the beds sleep really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Pismo Beach. It was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It is truly just a two-minute walk to the beach, and very close to restaurants and shops, just a few minutes walk away. The property was well-kept and the amenities allowed us to be comfortable, with some bonus extras (beach chairs and towels, bikes, a grill).We used the kitchen for some cooking and we had a wide variety of tools and appliances to work with. Water pressure in the showers was strong, and the mattresses/pillows were good. This is not always the case with a rental, and we really appreciate this kind of maintenance and care.We hit a lot of traffic on our way into the area, so arrived later than expected, but we had no trouble communicating with our hosts, and check-in was totally smooth.All in all, would recommend for a small group or family, and would be very happy to return to this unit in the future!

Great Vacation

Great place to stay! Super clean, and neat. Very close to the beach, we walked to the beach everyday. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location! 2 Minute walk to Beach!

Great location, park, eat, shop, perfect location! Everything you need for the beach is in the house. Highly recommend this property. Will book again.

Great place with a short walk to beach

This property we have stayed twice and its so close to the beach, great location and I will agree that this living room needs a L shape couch so more people can sit down as the current couch that is there now only sits 3 but overall we were pleased with the place and the garage is a bonus to park your cars in!

Perfect location

Clean, roomy townhouse. Super close to the beach, but just far enough away that you avoid the crowds walking by. Everything inside as perfect. Will stay again!

Excellent Place

The house was just as described. Close to everything.. beach, shops, restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and everything was spotless. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, with seating and bedding for many more.

Awesome spot!

Overall loved this place. They made accommodations for us to check in early if needed for a surprise decoration for a birthday. They accommodated us with water and anything else due to the no drinking water issue the area had. Communication was phenomenal and had a blast during our trip here!
