Check-In / Check-Out - 🗝️ Keyless Entry
🚪Guests are given a generated door lock code that will only work for the dates that are booked. Once the check-in time is available the code will then be activated to check-in.
✔️Check-In;
The owner is notified by the door system that the guest has arrived! No need to contact the owner. The guest is able to arrive at any time of the day after 4 pm check-in time.
✔️Check-Out;
When the guests are ready to depart a simple code is given for the door lock, this will notify the Owner that they have Checked Out. All codes expire at 11 am on departure day.

3️⃣ Bedrooms: Can sleep up to 6 adults

📺 50" Samsung Smart TV with Apple AirPlay in the living room, Also we have 43" Samsung smart TVs with cable in 2 bedrooms (TV's use the installed Spectrum App for cable). A 24" smart Vizio TV with apps and airplay (no cable) in the back bedroom*

🧺 The Washer and Dryer are located in the Garage convenient for all the beach active cleanups, and for packing light. The garage also has parking for two vehicles. Which is nice for all your sand toys.

Cypress Gardens has security surveillance cameras outside of buildings, for owner use.
