Property Rules and Regulations:
1.Absolutely No Parties, Celebrations, or Events are allowed. Violations may result in Pismo Beach
Police Department evictions and fines up to $2,000/day.
2.Absolutely No Pets are allowed. Owner reserves the right to terminate occupancy without refund and
will result in loss of full Security Deposit should violations occur.
3.Smoking: State Law prohibits Smoking in all areas open to the public. Our condo and Cypress Gardens
Are Non-Smoking
4.Cypress Gardens has a 10 pm noise curfew; Outside noise after 10 pm may result in Pismo Beach Police
and may issue a violation fine if recurrence happens.
5.Do not remove any towels, linens or kitchen items from the condo. Beach Towels and Beach Blankets
are not provided, please provide for those items by bringing them with you.
6.No Skateboarding, roller- skating/rollerblading, or bike-riding are allowed in the common area.
7.Working on vehicles in the common area is prohibited.
8.Any sand that may be washed off in the common area or other debris must be immediately cleaned up.
9.Occupancy: Maximum occupancy limits for children included are 6 people and strictly enforced. No other
persons shall occupy the unit overnight other than those adults and minors listed on the rental confirmation.
Renter shall bear liability for any actions of guests resulting in eviction, fines, police action, or litigation.
10.Renter(s) shall assume all risks associated with the location of the condo. Actions incidental to eventrelated activities (including without limitation use of common areas, street events, and parades), and shall
indemnify and hold harmless owners and association from any liability, claims or expenses arising from
property damage or any personal injury.
11.Renter(s) shall not interfere or unreasonably disturb the rights of other owners and occupants, obstruct
any balcony, stairways, or corridor of any building, or increase the risk of fire to the unit or buildings. The
use of charcoal barbeques is prohibited. The gas grill is located in the garage has been provided for your
use but will need to be taken outside of the garage before using and must be over the age of fourteen (14)
years old. Renter(s) shall be responsible for fines incurred and/or expenses for any complaints or damages
caused within the rental unit and/or common areas of association property.
12.No surfboards, windsurfing equipment, boxes, clothing, towels, bathing suits, laundry, exercise
equipment, or other items shall be placed or hung on the balcony in any manner visible from the common
areas. Feeding birds is prohibited.
13.Parking is allowed only in designated parking areas, streets, and garage. No parking behind garages or
the common area drive or fire lanes may be subject to immediate towing and fines. ($50.00 per violation).
14.Cleaning/Security Deposit: Deposit shall be returned, less any expenses for damages, fines, or
excessive cleaning fees, within 30 days of departure. The rental fee paid includes cleaning after check out.
Additional housekeeping services may be arranged at an additional cost – call the Owner for details.
15.Please only flush waste and toilet paper. Two flushes are a good idea due to the low water flow toilets.
Please do not put rice, potato peels, coffee grounds, etc. down the kitchen sink to avoid back-ups.
