The apartments are situated in an enviable location, just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Budoni, famous for its crystal-clear sea, white sand, and the beautiful pine forest surrounding it. The complex is set in extensive well-maintained green areas where you can relax outdoors. The main street with its various services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, crafts, etc.) is only 500 meters away.

The village center, which comes alive on summer evenings with the night market and open-air music evenings, is about 1.5 km away.

In 10 minutes by car, you can reach San Teodoro and in less than 30 minutes the port and airport of Olbia. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
