In El Palmar, known for its long sandy beaches, Casa El Palmar 1 is located close to the sea and accommodates 4 guests. This modern, luxuriously furnished holiday home features a living-dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), and a bathroom. You also have Wi-Fi, television, and fans at your disposal. The spacious outdoor area stands out with a well-kept garden, a covered and furnished terrace, barbecue area, private pool, and outdoor shower—ideal for a relaxing holiday. Shops, restaurants, and bars are less than 5 minutes’ walk away, and the beach is only 250 metres from the house.
Bed linen and towels are included. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. A security deposit is required in advance. Access and stay are not permitted for persons not included in the reservation. Parties, events, and celebrations are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. The property cannot be used for illegal activities. Please respect the community’s quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and avoid loud music or behaviour that could disturb neighbours. Penalties may apply.
