Book your 2019 ski vacation dates now! (Note: all non-ski season dates blocked for family use-thanks) This perfect winter condo is nestled in an aspen grove on a private road adjoining Park City Mountain Resort, America's largest ski area. Around 3 minutes walk (~200 yards) to the end of our road is the edge of CB's run, where Eagle/First Time/3 Kings lift base/ticket office is just a slight downhill (15 seconds) ski away. Silver Star lift base, less than 10 minutes walk (<600 yards the other direction) towards the entrance of our road, includes lift tickets, a ski rental shop and the Silver Star Cafe, a nice restaurant open for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you're not skiing at the Park City Base Area, both Deer Valley and Park City's Canyons Village are less than 10 minutes away by (rental) car. Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude) are each around 50 minutes by car.
Also only minutes away is Park City's historic Main Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. Why drive to Main Street and hassle with parking? A bus stop for Park City Transit's free bus system is about 5 minutes walk from the condo, located on Three Kings Drive. Bus runs every 20 minutes from 7:40AM-10:40PM, and loops first to the PCMR base, then to the Transit Center at the base of Main Street, continuing on to the Deer Valley base. A walk to Main Street is about 25 minutes. From the condo, the closest grocery stores and liquor store are a close drive-about 3 minutes.
Our kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and is well equipped with everything you might have available at home; stainless steel appliances are all full size and arranged for your convenience with a counter (seats 3) available for casual dining.
A large open great room (family, dining and kitchen) make up the main floor that has windows on three sides facing a beautiful aspen grove. (Check out the pictures!) The main dining area seats six, and with the counter chairs nine can be seated. Outside against the aspens, a big open summer deck and a smaller covered deck with a BBQ are available.
The family room is open and spacious, and includes a large surround soft leather sofa (seats 5-6 adults comfortably) plus two comfy chairs, all with foot stools and all arranged around a cozy natural gas fireplace and 60 inch LED 1080p flatscreen above-mantel HD Smart TV, which has a Comcast X1 HD cable box/DVR with voice remote and DVD player. Netflix is available for complementary streaming/viewing by our guests.
Both bedrooms each have flat screen HDTVs & DVD players. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. (Bunk is full size bottom bunk, twin top bunk). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with single vanities. The master bedroom has large tiled shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tiled shower/deep tub combination.
For those who wish to squeeze in two more (total of eight) guests, we also have on hand a queen-size AeroBed mattress that can be set up in the family/dining room for sleeping. Since there are three full bathrooms, even these extra guests can have their own. A Pack n'Play and high chair are also on hand if you have a little one.
We hope you'll enjoy our vacation condo as much as we do!

About Todd Ogaard
This vacation condo has been in our family since the Crescent Ridge development opened in 1972. We live only 30 minutes away in Salt Lake, and we stay at the condo most summer weekends, as well as winter weekends when it's not rented to guests.
Todd Ogaard purchased this Condo in 2012

What makes this Condo unique
Quiet location in aspen grove is hard to beat. You seem so far away from civilization, but in reality the condo has everything you need and expect in a home away from home, and anything/everything is nearby.

Very good stay
The place was great. Very close to mountain, so ski in, ski out. Beautiful view. Owner was very welcoming and consistently asked if we needed anything else. Only thing I ask is that you don’t try to rent for spring break as that’s when I want it for next year.
Elegant and comfortable and close to everything
This condo is beautiful and set in an area full of aspen trees. The place is a short walk to the slopes but far enough away not to hear the snow cats in the middle of the night. Everything we needed to prepare family meals was provided, including basics like salt and pepper. A lovely bottle of wine greeted us upon arrival, and Todd checked in from time to time to make sure all is well. Everything was well marked and check out was easy. Beds are comfy and the fireplace is very cozy. It’s worth mentioning that getting in and out of the condo has 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. We will definitely return!
Clean and comfortable
You can tell Todd really cares about the needs of guests. Detailed descriptions of how things work, well equipped kitchen. A bottle of wine as a greeting was much appreciated!
Fantastic location and owners!
Owners were amazingly accommodating and chairlift was a walk away from the condo. The condo felt like our home away from home. We'll definitely book again on our next Utah ski trip!
Great location! Great Place!
We've been using VRBO for the last 15 years and this is one of our favorite rentals. The condo is close to everything, yet the view out the back makes you feel like there is no one else around.
Everything is first class and in perfect condition. There are too many extras to list. Having Amazon's Alexa was over the top! The owner reach out several times to make sure we had the best stay. His attention to detail was extraordinary.
Amazing Lodge near Park City Ski Resort
This is a perfect lodge for a Sundance and/or ski trip in Park City. Todd was unbelievably accommodating towards us and was also very responsive to any questions we had. This condo is more spacious than it looks and can easily hold up to 8 people when the queen-sized aerobed is used. It's close enough to Park City ski resort to ski into the base of the mountain (see 'First Time' chair lift) after a short walk and, during the winter, also has a beautiful view in the living room of Aspen trees. We had an absolute blast during our Sundance & skiing trip and would highly recommend Todd's condo to any others considering it for their trip. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (coffee, tea, pots & pans, knives, an enormous spice rack, etc.) and the living room is great for watching movies. There are TVs in both bedrooms and also 3 bathrooms, which makes it easy to unwind after a long day of skiing. We may very well book this condo again for our Sundance trip next year!
To see a street view and proximity of our condo to the ski runs, open a separate browser window, copy and paste this link into your browser: https://goo.gl/maps/DRxuaikaWJE2
In street view, click towards the end of Crescent Rd to view how close Park City Mountain Resort's CB's Run is: ~200 yards.
Note: the last click on street view in that direction incorrectly shows a summer 2007 shot of the gate that was removed soon after that picture was taken. The rest of the street views are labeled as taken Oct 2012 and they are correct (and show no gate there). Thanks to a guest booked for 2017 who pointed that out!
