This perfect winter condo is nestled in an aspen grove on a private road adjoining Park City Mountain Resort, America's largest ski area. Around 3 minutes walk (~200 yards) to the end of our road is the edge of CB's run, where Eagle/First Time/3 Kings lift base is just a slight downhill (15 seconds) ski away. Silver Star lift base, less than 10 minutes walk (<600 yards the other direction) towards the entrance of our road, includes lift tickets, a ski rental shop and the Silver Star Cafe, a nice restaurant open for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you're not skiing at the Park City Base Area, both Deer Valley and Park City's Canyons Village are less than 10 minutes away by (rental) car. Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude) are less than an hour by car.
Also only minutes away is Park City's historic Main Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. Why drive to Main Street and hassle with parking? A bus stop for Park City Transit's free bus system is about 5 minutes walk from the condo, located on Three Kings Drive. Route 3-(Blue-Thaynes/3 Kings) runs every 20 minutes from 7:40AM-10:40PM, and loops first to the PCMR base, then to the Transit Center at the base of Main Street, continuing on to the Deer Valley base. A walk to Main Street is about 25 minutes. From the condo, the closest grocery stores and liquor store are a close drive-about 3 minutes, and about 15 minutes to walk.
We completely upgraded and refurbished the whole condo for the 2014-5 ski season. The vastly expanded new kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and is well equipped with everything you might have available at home. The stainless steel appliances are all full size and arranged for your convenience with a counter (seats 3) available for casual dining.
A large open great room (family, dining and kitchen) make up the main floor that has windows on three sides facing a beautiful aspen grove. (Check out the pictures!) The main dining area seats six, and with the counter chairs nine can be seated. Outside against the aspens, a big open summer deck and a smaller covered deck with a BBQ are available.
The family room is open and spacious, and includes a large surround soft leather sofa (seats 5-6 adults comfortably) plus two comfy chairs, all with foot stools and all arranged around a cozy natural gas fireplace and 60 inch LED 1080p flatscreen above-mantel HD Smart TV, which has a Comcast X1 HD cable box/DVR with voice remote and DVD player. Netflix is available for complementary streaming/viewing by our guests.
Both bedrooms each have flat screen HDTVs & DVD players. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. (Bunk is full size bottom bunk, twin top bunk). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with single vanities. The master bedroom has large tiled shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tiled shower/deep tub combination.
For those who wish to squeeze in two more (total of eight) guests, we also have on hand a queen-size AeroBed mattress that can be set up in the family/dining room for sleeping. Since there are three full bathrooms, even these extra guests can have their own. A Pack n'Play and high chair are also on hand if you have a little one.

About the owner: This vacation condo has been in our family since the Crescent Ridge development opened in 1972. We live only 35 minutes away in Salt Lake, and we stay at the condo most summer weekends, as well as winter weekends when it's not rented to guests.

Our condo is the lower floor of this building. The stairs are not steep (3 sets of 8 stairs) and include railings. This building is one of three in a cluster; ours is most secluded-the other two are at street level.
