LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Lowell Place, an awesome condo for ALL outdoor lovers who want to experience the mountain life!!

If you love skiing, boarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating or fishing, this unit is for you! The unit is ~100 steps to Creole and Quittin Time trails. Enjoy our ski in / ski out*** condo with access to Park City Mountain (*** Ski In: ~100 steps from Creole / Town Run / Quittin Time runs to the building; Ski out: ~200 steps from the building up a slight hill to ski/board down to Town Lift)!!! 15 min drive to the Jordanelle Reservoir for boating and other water activities.

For coffee, food and/or drinks, you will be 4 short blocks down to Main Street; so close to all the action without all the noise.

Other Amenities include:
- Two TVs with ROKU 4K connected for all your streaming needs
- In unit washer and dryer set
- REMOTE WORK setup with a desk, monitor, keyboard/mouse & Wifi (~100MBPS)
- Fully Loaded Kitchen
- Community hot tub
- PRIVATE patio with BBQ and table/chairs
- Personal Lockout Storage (in garage) for all your gear
- Covered parking in garage (1 spot) with plenty of guest parking

Our cozy condo accommodates up to 6 people. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have queen size beds and also have a pack n' play for our little guests. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub with the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Overall Great Place!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was really good, close to main street. Easy walk downhill. The uphill climb and stairs were more challenging but certainly doable. Had a wonderful time as a family and loved the fireplace and views.

Great condo, great location

The condo was comfy and well appointed and couldn’t be better located. Maybe 50 yards away from a trail that leads to the town chair lift and three blocks from the center of town. We had a terrific stay and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Park City.

Excellent Location and Owner Responsiveness

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Park City property. We did have one issue—the refrigerator was not working properly. It turns out it needed a freon charge. The owner was incredibly responsive, sending a repair man over immediately with a small replacement fridge. This did the trick, but it also was a bit of a burden as we could barely fit our food in it (we prepared several meals ahead and flew with them, making it easy to prepare meals after a long day on the mountain). Also, the dishwasher is a little tricky to use, but the cleaning lady reset it for us.The location for skiing and getting to town is excellent. Getting to the town lift is a very short, slightly uphill walk. Getting to town is a 5 minute downhill walk. The return uphill walk could be bit much for an elderly person. The parking situation for the home is easy and convenient.

Perfect weekend

This was the perfect place to spend a few days get away in Park City. The Location absolutely could not be beat! The condo was so cute and clean and comfortable. We are already looking at plans to go back!

Park City Ski Trip

Oliver was a tremendous host for my group ski trip to park city. The location, space and overall vibe of our stay was wonderful. Oliver was attentive to our needs and I’d love to stay here again.

Great location

We were a party of 4 adults visiting for a ski trip. The location was fantastic! It’s only about a 50 yard walk to being able to click into your skis and head down to the town lift.

Amazing location

The location was fantastic and we had a blast walking down to Main Street each night. The place is quite more aged compared to the photos but still had great functionality and was perfect for four people. Host was incredible and super communicative and we had all the kitchen ware we needed to cook each night. Was easy to also walk from the base of park city mountain or walk up to the trail to ski to the town lift.

Girlfriend reunion

Great Condo

Great Little Condo

Great stay. The condo is small but not cramped. Designed well. Kitchen is the best stocked I've seen from a rental with everything you need to get cooking. Oliver had great communication before and during our stay. Creole is a very short walk from the condo. Half is pavement half uphill trail. Creole tales you straight down to town lift and is a blue run. So if you or someone in your group is a beginner, don't expect to take the run down to town lift. But if you decide to walk it, it's a short downhill walk. Maybe 6 minutes or so. Parking. In site is nice with a covered option if it's snowing.

Skiing 2024

Oliver was super nice and was easy to work with...if I had to say anything about the stay that was not as expected, it would be the lack of a TV in main suite. Other than that, ALL was as listed. Appreciate Olivers hospitality.

Worth Every Penny!

I cannot say enough good things about this location! Everything was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Plenty of room and perfect distance to the slopes and to town. Easy to ski back to the condo and a short 50-75yrd walk to ski down to the lift in the morning. Oliver was one of the best host I've ever encountered. Super responsive! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our trip, Oliver!

Good location, loud floorboards from upstairs

Very noisy floorboards from neighbors above, woke up several times. Hard to figure out Nest first night but the operator very responsive and nice. We didn't have pull out couch bc last people broke it but didn't need it. Great location!! Ski in/out.

Lowell Condo

This was a great place to stay! The Town Lift was close enough to jump on and then go up and catch the other lifts to explore the mountain. When we were ready to explore downtown, we walked down the hill and explored different restaurants and shops. You can walk back to the condo, however after a day on the slopes, I would suggest a quick Uber ride! Our host, Olivier, was very accommodating and was able to answer any questions we had!

Great spot for skiing and downtown dining

This was a good place for the 4 of us. We spent a lot of time skiing and dined out every evening--both were very convenient. Parked the truck when we arrived and never used it again until we loaded up to leave.

Great condo, great location, great host

Just got back from staying in this condo over a long weekend. The condo was as advertised. It was perfectly situated a very short walk from the slopes and downtown Park City. Everything was easy to get to. The condo's two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and family room were exactly what we needed. Hot tub was great too. Oliver was a fantastic host. He was super responsive, attended to our every needs, and went above and beyond expectations. I would definitely stay at this place again.
